      0 star option. I signed up for service and got no documentation or schedule of my services. They just came whenever they pleased and I was charged $48. After a time, I noticed it went up to $50 - no notification, no notice. Then I see a random $168 charge. No notification, no notice. I call to see what the charge is and the say its the normal charge plus some service I never agreed to have done this year. They are corrupt. They sign you up and intentionally turn off notifications or calls and dont disclose your services to you so they can come whenever and charge you whatever. Stay away from this trash company.

      I signed up with ********************** in 2023. They were sold and became ExperiGreen. I decided to go with a different lawn care company in 2024. ExperiGreen called me in February to ask if I wanted to renew and I informed them that I was going with a different lawn service in 2024. ExperiGreen still came out in late March 2024 and did a service on my property without any verbal or written agreement. I was not home at the time of the treatment. When I called to dispute the charge for the service, they refused to waive the charge and gave me a "courtesy" half off. Do NOT use ExperiGreen. The customer service agent refuses to waive the invoice and I am now being forced to pay for a service I never agreed to. What other service just shows up on your property and assumes you will pay for it? Horrible company and they don't care. They just want your money.

      This company is horrible to do business with. They said they come out and treated the yard which our security cameras show they did not treat the yard but they bill anyway.. we told him we want to cancel service and they come back out and do another treatment and send a bill for something we did not ask for.

      This service didn't help our yard at all. It was a waste of money and cancelling the service is a nightmare. We've been trying to cancel it and we keep getting the run around. They redirect us to sales or they tell us they can't do it. It's very frustrating. I don't recommend them at all.

      This company is very unprofessional! I have called for the pasted three weeks to have a manger to come out and nothing. ***** the lawn care specialist was suppose to call when he was on his way, and would like a communication Ive never received the phone calls. My lawn is supposed to be treated for weeds and the weeds are continue to grow back. We have something called box grass in our yard and they were supposed to come back to treat that as well. Still waiting for appointment. Decided to cancel my account today after speaking with ********* from the corporate office and all she keeps saying is that shes going to send something over to a manager in my area and have them give me a call back. Im paying for service and they are not treating the weeds that contain a grow back. Just based on my experience, I do not recommend this company you can never get a hold of somebody and when you try to schedule an appointment, they cannot give you a set time or a time frame that somebody will be out. If I can put zero stars, I would.

      Terrible service, techs who do nothing to solve issues, a year and a half later, fired. I miss the service from *******. The weeds only got worse every month with Experigreen..

      I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I used this service beginning April 2023. I noticed few weeks after my first lawn application that one of my bushes in the front of my house that use to be very green is now a very bright reddish Brown I looked at the **** and through the **** to see if there was some sort of fungus on it that killed it there was not then I remembered that the only thing that had been done was the lawn application from this company before I called this company to notify them that I believeed whole heartedly that whatever they used on my lawn killed my **** so I asked my neighbors was it just me or did they also notice my **** died after this company began treating my lawn they also stated that my **** did not die until I began using this company. I contacted them in May they stated they would send someone out no one ever came or contacted me back about it. I called in June to see why no one had came out to assess my dead ****. The customer service representative stated someone would be out so I waited still no contact from this company finally in July when the technicians came to apply my third application they did not assess or mention anything about my dead **** so I called customer service back again to find out why no one is assessing the dead **** that was not dead until they applied whatever they applied to my lawn that some how got on my **** and killed it. Finally on July 7th someone from the company knocks on my door stating he was here to assess my **** he proceeds to tell me the obvious that it is dead and that these things can happen with bushes over time and I explained to him that my **** was fine until I began using this company and that whatever they used on my lawn got on my **** and killed it. Once again he stated that bushes can die from old age and we really don't know why at that point I ended my conversation with this technician who clearly was insulting my intelligence. They refuse to replace my ****.

After reviewing your account we can see the application that was applied to your property on 5/22 was a fertilizer only application which would not cause this plant to die. When our service manager came out to take a look at this **** after you contacted us on 7/7 he observed the identical plant next to it being in normal health. If there was any damage from the fertilizer we applied it would of spread to both plants not just one. We understand your frustration but we can confirm our products were not responsible for the death of that particular ****. As a courtesy we have gone ahead and refunded your last charge of $66.47 for your frustration. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us, thank you.

      ********* Branch. **** called and I explained our situation with our current lawn service provider and he repeatedly made promises they were so much better! They came and the first service was great! However on the next they did not call ahead as agreed upon, no one was home to open our back gate for access, so the front yard was treated and when I asked about the back yard, because we were immediately charged for a full service, they told me that the technician said he climbed the fence to gain access. we have 3 cameras and never saw him in the back yard. I reached out to customer service numerous times and they are horrible, and told someone would reach out to me to meet with me to evaluate the back yard. After several weeks and NO follow up, and requesting to confirm cancellation of service, someone again showed up without any prior notification no access to back yard but did call and apologized the back yard had not been treated and would set it up to have someone come out to treat it, then weeks go by with NO communication and I reached out again to confirm cancellation. *** calls and speaks to my husband and promises if we give them another chance they will make it right! After making the decision to give them another chance *** and I agreed he would set it up to send someone out to just treat and catch up the back yard at no charge. I confirmed this with him one last time even before hanging up So the following Tuesday someone came and I noticed on the cameras they were treating the entire yard again, mind you the front was treated maybe 30 days prior. So you can imagine my surprise when I received an immediate notification that they charged our credit card for payment. I immediately contacted *** and he did apologize and said he would reverse the charge now 4 days later and the charged was never refunded. I would absolutely avoid them at all cost, because now I have been overcharged by them, they really just want to over promise and steal your money.

      This business automatically renewed my account without asking or informing me for the second year in a row. Last year when this situation occurred, I expressed my intent not to have this happen again and they said ok. Yet again, this year they came to my house, serviced my grass, and charged me for it without my knowledge. When I called customer service to inquire why I had received a bill, the rep stated that my account had been renewed. I asked if I had signed something giving them permission to renew my account and the rep said, "it's on your invoice." I replied by asking the question again If I signed something to give them the okay to renew my account. She said, "well you've been in service with us for two years." She never answered my question as to whether I signed documents giving them permission to automatically renew my account. I requested for her to remove the charge and told her I did not want service. She then stated that she could only remove half of the bill and not the whole thing. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me the manager was not available. I asked when the manager would be available, she said she didn't know. I asked for the manager's phone number, she stated that I could only call the number I just called to reach her. She told me that she is the only one over my account and there was no one else who could help me. She had an unfriendly tone and I could tell she was agitated with my requests. I cannot understand how a business operates where no one is accountable for mistakes and without a manager or supervisor present during working hours and no one knows when a manager will be available. I would like a complete refund for this business trespassing on my property, spraying chemicals on my lawn, and then charging me for it.

      From May 2022 when I began service with Experigreen, I had weed free and lush lawn of St Augustine grass. I wanted make sure the lawn stayed pristine and properly aeriated so signed up for the ********* essential package that totaled to $600 for the year. By the fall/winter of 2022, my lawn was invested with more weeds and crabgrass than how it was during the heat of the summer months. The weed killer also left massive dead spots all over my lawn that allowed weeds to grow. I paid my last bill of $222 over the phone with a rep and asked to cancel the service for next year bc the cost was not worth the results. By March of 2023, a rep came to my house and performed a unwanted service, that I had canceled the previous year. I had to call again to cancel to make sure no other charges were incurred. I still had to pay for the unwanted service even after I had canceled and the lawn was in worst condition than when we began. This was a complete waste money because nothing that was done over the past year did anything to preserve my amazing lawn and if anything, it made matters much worse than where we started. You are better off hiring a company that is tailored more to your type of lawn or doing it yourself. I have had more success researching and maintaining the yard than wasting $600 to have someone make it worse. Save your money and Do not recommend.
