I secured the services for August 28th, placing a $400 deposit on August 6, 2021. We agreed upon a 24 person vehicle for 11 hours at $1270 including fuel, gratuity and travel. It was agreed the balance would be charged the day of the event.The day before the event when my wedding coordinator was confirming timeline with all vendors the limo company changed the timeline. The day of the wedding the limo company claimed they would not keep driving guests if they were not paid- I had been told they charged the card on file for the balance so I authorized the remaining $870 to be charged. We were charged $1330. I have since reached out to the company via phone and email over 6 times to fix this issue with no reply. I have since read similar reviews online all occurring over the last two months.
