I ordered from this business back on 11/10-11/14/21. I inquired about a shipping status around 11/23/21 and asked if my order could be cancelled if it hadnt been shipped. The merchant told me I couldnt receive a refund and claims **** lost the tracking. She then proceeded to generate another tracking number on 11/23/21 which thus has not moved. I told her I didnt understand how she couldnt cancel something that has yet to ship. She responded she was no longer emailing me. I let the merchant know a complaint will be filed as fraudulent . She then threatened to charge me TWICE for my purchase indicating little did I know my bank will have another charge and laughing In her email. I am requesting my refund of $43.06. The merchant constantly changes her story about shipping and I have yet to receive my product.
