      July 3, 2021 Purchase amount- $7422.89 •Committed to provide a shed designed by us. •We have had paint/Duratemp issues within the first year of purchase. We have waited months, now years to get this issue resolved. Even to the point of them taking the first shed they delivered and replacing it with another one that wasn’t even made correctly, the delivery man had to fix it on site/our home. The following is the latest email I received from paint company. Last year they said they would be out this spring to paint and now this……. Upon careful examination of the provided photos, it has become apparent that the chipping paint is occurring within the Duratemp grooves. After a thorough assessment, we have determined that this issue is not directly related to the paint application nor the paint itself but rather is a result of natural movement within the Duratemp material. As Duratemp is prone to slight expansion and contraction due to environmental factors, such as changes in temperature and humidity, it can lead to movement within the groove that can affect the paint. While we have already addressed this concern during the initial repair, we understand your desire for a more permanent solution. To assist you further, we would be more than happy to provide additional paint for any touch-up. Please let us know if you would like us to send you more paint, and if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you again for your understanding and patience. Thanks, *** ***** *: ***** ******** ***** Paint Company National Prefinish—————- •They repainted after the second shed started peeling paint but they painted over the top of the peeling paint so it’s peeling again. It wasn’t properly cleared of all peeling paint before they applied new paint. This shed is under a five year warranty and paint is supposed to last 10-15 years. We have waited patiently over the years for them to do something.

      They changed delivery date about six times. And it wouldn't matter all that much that it's 3 weeks late with no explanation, but the first two delivery dates came without informing me before that day or without me asking what's going on. The first delivery date, I have people lined up to help me install some walls and drywall but I only learn the next day that the delivery date changed. When I asked what time that day it would arrive, they initially answered siz weeks. When I asked why it changed they waited a full 24 hours to even answer with two weeks. Then two weeks ago by and I have to ask again on the day only to find out it's going to be another week. Then four more times but they gave me 24 hours notice at least. Now when I get my electric setup, they had installed faulty wiring as well as non working switches. One outlet exploded because it had to power lines running into it for no reason. They obviously didn't even run a test before shipping it out. That was two months ago and they said they put me on a repair schedule. I haven't had anything fixed and no response at all these two months. This is unacceptable.
