      On July 2, 2023, I paid $100 for a workshop with Myconauts LLC. I was told that I would bring three viable mushroom grow bags home from the workshop. During the workshop, we ran out of time to make enough bags, so I only brought home two, which turned out to be contaminated. ***** told me via text that he would replace the two contaminated bags and also give me a third bag. Over the next few months, we continued to text. He kept telling me he could replace the bags soon, but wouldn't respond when I would ask how I could pick them up. Finally, in March of 2024 he told me I should communicate with his business partner, *************************, instead of him. I asked for *****'s phone number, but ***** never responded. So now Kaleb has stopped responding, and I have no way of contacting *****. I have emailed the Myconauts business email but never received a response that way either.

      On April 4th, 2024, I was contact by the ************************* via text message.  I responded within the hr and told her that we would gladly replace some grow bags to her.  I would be in contact the following day to work out the details. I was currently in a business related event at the time of receiving the text message. 

      I received and read the official complaint letter from the BBB on April 5th, and was made aware that there was an issue.  I was surprised to find out that this issue even existed. ****************** and I continued to text back and forth and on April 7th, we came to an agreement that she would receive 4 new mushroom bags to replace the 3 that did not make it to the fruiting stage.

      As of this date ****************** is trying to decide if she wants to take possession of the 4 grow bags now and grow them on her own accord of if she wants to wait about 1 month and take possession of them when the mushrooms get into the fruiting stage.

      How she receives those bags also needs to be resolved. I am willing to drop them off at her residence or meet at a agreed upon location.

      Both the decisions of when to get the bags and where are current in ********************** court.

      I believe that MycoNuats has now taken appropriate measures to come to an agreement that satisfies both ****************** and ourselves.
