This company was contracted by ******* Manufacturing to replace a recalled part. The part was replaced on January 21; however, the **** system would not produce any heat. Despite multiple communication attempts with Low Voltage to determine when we would expect to have heat; after 7 days we contacted our service company to see if they could find the problem. Low Voltage was informed that we contacted them and they came out to put the **** system back together. A verbal agreement was made with Low Voltage where they would reimburse us for the service call. Within minutes of our service company arriving them found the problem to be a fuse that was replaced and we had heat. The invoice was sent to **** at Low Voltage on February 2nd. A follow up email was sent on February 11 and 19th requesting an update. No response was received and cell phone calls were not answered. The phone number on their website *************) had no voicemail set up and no one answered the phone. ******* was contacted on February 24th to see if they could assist. After multiple attempts to obtain a status from them we were informed today we needed to go back to Low Voltage and an email was sent to ****.
