  My girlfriend and I stopped in on March 27, 2024 to get hair cuts, I told the lady who was waiting on me I wanted it feathered, she took clippers and gave me a buzz cut. So now it sticks up. My girlfriend had hair midway down her back when she walked in, she told the lady she wanted it shoulder length and that it would be tangly and knotted as she hasn't been able to keep it properly brushed due to its length and issues with her arms and shoulders, which is why she wanted it shoulders length. The lady ran a brush through a small portion 2 times did not fully brush out her hair and started chopping away above the knots and tangles, pausing for a moment to put a clip in to separate some of the hair sor some unknown reason and went back to chopping the entire time she had had my girlfriend away from the mirror so she couldn't see what was being done. She sprayed her hair chopped some more, brushed and used a blow dryer only partially drying her hair, we didn't realize before we left it was way shorter than she wanted and how uneven it was the woman literally just chopped out the knots! She had ruined my girlfriends hair, her self-esteem, she refuses to allow any one to touch her hair to fix it and has said many times it will take several years to grow back out, the last hair cur she had was in 2017 at thus same establishment it was uneven but at least it was the right length, she went with my sisters they all came out with uneven hair cuts, but my girlfriend decided to give thus business 1 more chance! That won't ever happen again. She paid ***** plus a 3 dollar tip for her hair cut , ***** plus a 3 dollar tip for mine. Her mother was a beautician so she knows the importance of tips to beauticians had she known what her hair looked like before hand she wouldn't of paid anything! Her hair barely comes to the top of her shoulders the under side barely touches her neckline of a shirt her hair should hit her shoulders right at the armpits that is shoulder length!

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 
  
  It is ***** not *****,  I gave each girl 3 dollars , my hair was still damp so it appeared longer i until it fully dried that's how my hair works, ****'s is so short on top he walks around with what appears to be bed head all day even right out of the shower, it cannot be fixed without shaving it bald, that's not an option! I refuse to step foot in this business as we stated thus was the 2nd s**** up for my hair, I just sucked the 1st one uo, we called the same day  and yes he called many times after there was no 2 week waiting we cLled that same day!  If they want to keep girls who chop hair off above tangles, instead of brushing it out , rhats on them, if they want to keep girls who use a set of clippers to feather instead of scissors that's on them, how these 2 even graduated beauty school is beyond me. I want my money back and Noone in that company will ever touch my hair, the 1st time it was messed up back in ************************************************************************ laws hair, we all had cuts that were uneven but we all just sucked it up and they never went back, I was trying to give a 2nd chance and keep business local. ****** was learned. 

  We were not offered a refund at first it was offered to fix it, and **** let them know I refused to allow anyone there to ever touch my hair again, and he told them his is so short it isn't fixable he was told to wait a couple weeks for it to grow out. Funny how hair only grows about 1/2 inch a month *** so it will take at least 4 months to even have any sort of length back to it.and I am looking at at least a year to get mine to my shoulders where it was supposed to be since I walked in there with my hair to my waist band if not a little longer but left with it having a few strands touching my collar of my shirt and the rest was not even close to that it was too short to touch. The pictures prove that. Either way at the end of the day it was not shoulder length it was. Chopped at like a preschool student did it.
