********************* (*Project Pro) charged me $3,446 for services performed April 20,23, 24 and27, 2022. The services consisted of repairing and painting part of a wood arch on the exterior of my house and fixing leaky gutters. He gave me an estimation of a little over $1600 by text after he came to my and checked it out which I gave him check for $863. He did miscellaneous other services on April 23, 24 and 27, 2022. ***** did **** pointing for approximately 30 front bricks of my home which is an unsatisfactory job. My mortar is white and he used **** and did a sloppy job by not smoothing out the mortar. I told him that the cement was too dark and he told me the mortar would dry lighter. Wrong, it did not. Other service was filling gape around sides of front porch, whch he told me needed to be done. I requested him to straighten a small plum tree in my back yard. He charged $165 for a 15-min. job and I was not satisfied with what he charged me. I also requested him to power wash my small patio while they were doing the gutters. He only did the gutters on both ends and back of house. He said he was going to check into getting a different cleaning solution that would work better. He even mentioned painting the gutters and I told him I did not want them painted. One of his workers (*****) told me my gutters did not need cleaned. ***** said he would not take advantage of a widow lady. However, when I asked *****, he said the gutters needed cleaned. Anyway, I feel like ***** was tryng to make all the money he could off me by suggesting different services that needed done, etc. I have tried calling ***** two times about completing the gutters, etc. He never answers. I left messages. When I paid him the balance on April 24, he told me if I was not satisfied with of his service, let him kow and he would give me a refund. I Hope you can do whatever it takes so that no one else will be taken in by ********************* (Project Pro).
