In September 2023 My 2016 **** F350 King ***** diesel that I purchased from **** Hubler 14 months prior for $56k died on me and would not start. My husband contacted ** and said he was going to have it towed there, this was a Friday late afternoon, they said okay, but they close at 6pm so we just left the keys in it. We did not hear anything from them until late the next week, after we had called and left several messages. The ( I assume) service manager said I believe the fuel pump needed replaced. This was fine we bought the best extended warranty off of them, and we only need to pay a $100 deductible. So within the next few weeks or so and after wrong parts were ordered they decided it needed a new engine ( less that ******* on a diesel). So since we have a warranty, again we say okay. Time passes, we call and receive little to no response from them (this is my main source of transportation) finally they respond, they ordered a bad engine, they need to get a different one and the said that a mechanic quit and no one else worked on it, so it was just sitting there. They had my truck almost 3 month then they call and say it's done. I go pick it up on Friday morning, they said they accidently broke a break line and had to fix it. I left and almost hit the car in front of me brakes were still broke and the exhaust coming in the cab was so terrible I had to open the windows! We drop it back off Sunday and leave a note with the keys. No contact till Thursday. They say the turbo is leaking and its not covered under warranty and we need to pay $2,600! This was not bad before, we should not be responsible for their bad mechanics. After arguing, they say they will find us another ( I assume comparable) truck. We go in, they want to give us $35k for my truck saying it lost $26kin value in a little over a year and want us to buy a 2022 plain old work truck with almost 80k miles on it for $51k So 4 months later, I feel my truck is held hostage and I will have to pay

4 months ago went to get a water pump changed, I had called to ask that since the water pump going out is a VERY well known issues with this model car and that it is so expensive to fix if they would work on the price of it with me to retain a customer. The employee told me they could do it for 1500$, AFTER they get it tore down he calls to say he miscalculated the cost and that it would be 2700$, THEN he calls the next day to tell me the mechanic broke the valve cover that it was going to be another 300$. At this point i felt completely scammed. Just last week my new mechanic had to have the explorer towed to **** after a crank shaft sensor was replaced and needed reprograming, **** called and said they couldnt start it to program the sensor because the power control module was bad. They called me and quoted 1900$ to fix, but then quoted our mechanic who had it towed there 1600$. Then we called a hubler **** in shelbyville and they said they could do it for 1100$. Got it down to shelbyville and they fixed it for 280$, the pcm just needed flashed and the original programing put back on it. This dealership is scamming people out of their money. And the said part is they are doing it because they know people cant take their cars some where else most of the time. I had 4 other mechanics tell me they wouldnt replace the water pump before i reluctantly took it to them.

I live in ******** and was going to purchase a jeep at the dealership they sent me pictures everything was OK I asked them to let me know if they were rust underneath the vehicle I called about five different times to get this information so I could give them a deposit they never would call me back so I kept calling there I called service I even talk to the ** everybody promised me it would be fine once they knew they would send me pictures then this afternoon I got a call that it was sold so all they did was blow smoke up my a** Im a lot I would not recommend this dealership for nothing and the **** Policies are ******** and I highly recommend nobody go here in the next place Im gonna do a review is the new station
