I have tried to cancel my subscription for 2 months online and VIA chat and kept getting charged. I called today they told me I cannot get a refund for the 2 months because it wasn't canceled. I unsubscribed in February 2024, it gave me an error on my screen then went on to another screen after stating unsubscribed. Got charged. Chatted on their website beginning of March they said it was done. Got charged end of March. Messaged back end of March they stated again they would cancel my order. Charged again. Called today spoke to ****** in CS she stated no refund, asked for a supervisor or manager she stated there is not one. How is this? Had to go to my bank today to stop payment. This was a huge mess and bad business. How can they say they are canceling subscription but keep charging you and saying they don't do refunds. This sounds like a set up to me.Review from Bud D

My parents paid for paper delivery service. At some point it stopped being delivered. It was a nightmare straightening out the issue, speaking to a manager, and getting a refund.As for myself, they set up my digital account twice (with different **** numbers), using my same email address and payment credentials. After I cancelled the subscription, only one was cancelled (didn't know I had two) and they continued billing me and refused to refund my cc under their "no refund policy" for digital accounts. I was told my only recourse was to request a charge back from my credit card provider.The offshore customer service rep could only provide me with classified ads or obituary phone numbers when I wanted to escalate the issue.I cannot recommend them any less.Review from Andrea E

My service price was double what had been advertised. When I wrote in to ask about it, they said that the "regular paper" was $12/mo, but the premium doubled that. I said, then regular is what I want, but they said that is not an option. Feels like false bait and switch advertising.Review from noahchristie

I was brought in to try and resolve an issue of billing and canceling an account for my 84-year-old grandmother. She could no longer afford the rising cost of this type of extra expense. She tried to contact them no less than 4 times and kept notes on the calls and dates. The account was never cancelled and that's when I became involved. When I contacted them myself, the representative was rude. She offered nothing more than a 25$ discount off of the most recent **** that should have been cancelled months ago. If you are in the Muncie, IN area DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE.
