My kitchen sink was clogged & not draining. They snaked it and cleared the clog. They told me it's 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if I had any more issues with it to call them back. I paid them opon 1st. visit. Same issue 2ND time Roto rooter unclogged the sink 2nd time & charge me again, I paid the 2nd visit, & he looks under my home in crawspace & tells me my sewage line ****************** else. They did work & I paid in full over $7,000 . After they left my home i found all the trash & damages. They put a hole in my bathroom floor to run a tolite water line and left a big hole in my floor. They tore out all of my insulation under my house in the craw space, and left it a mess, They dug out parts of my foundation, and left it a mess. 1 of the male workers pushed the door open on the bathroom door while my teenage daughter was using the tolit. They smoked cigarettes on my property, throwing their cigarettes in my yard. Then 2 months after I paid them in full, I received bill in the mail from them for over $10,000. when they left they didn't clean anything up, I had trash bags all over my back yard they had left for me to clean up by myself. Then I got copys of my ************** bills from the city, & according to my bill there was never any leaks during those dates at all. They told me they were going to lay plastic in my crawlspace , to keep it dry and sealed of wetness but they didn't do it. Roto rooter forged printed my name on all the end of the documents & told me to sign it. The documents stated to initial a part about it being ok to spray sanitizers if needed, but the worker told me it wasn't needed to sanitize dirt and **** , and then they tell me they sprayed crawspace dirt anyway when it wasn't needed. Crawspace still unfinished with no plastic not being put down as they verbally told me they would. Sub pump gets ground water out of my crawspace everyday, which defeats the purpose of spraying & drying. I am not a satisfied customer. Work wasn't needed.

About a month and a half ago roto rooter came out and replaced kitchen sink pipes they were completely clogged. Thw plumbers were going to run the kitchen pipes with the laundry pipe but couldn't include kitchen pipes due to sub pump. We have the washer draining into a wash tub b/c the previous owner had said to not put it in drain pipe but we couldn't remember why. The plumber wanted to stick the hose into the drain and we told him we couldn't do that but advised what previous owner told us and couldn't remember why. The plumber said it would be fine and said it should work and put it in there anyway. We went to do laundry and went down to a flooded basement. Called them they sent another plumber out but said it was not their fault and made me sign a paper bit said they would take care of it and clean their mess up. Two other plumber guys came out done something downstairs ran up the electric **** with fans and mold on thw walls and carpet. They had my cousin when I wasn't here and she can't read very well sign a paper that they took care of it but it's not taken care of. I call and get told we could carpet clean the carpet which was new when we moved in and told we would have to replace the drywall. Here's my argument this was a plumber that was told to not do something and he did it and was here to fix kitchen sink pipes not messing with a washer hose. I was also told that another supervisor would be calling and that's been two weeks ago and he went on a week's vacation. Why should I have to replace or fix something that was done by a business that was told to begin not to touch something. I will never recommend anyone deal with roto rooter they mess your stuff up and won't fix it. Not only that brand new doors were put in that are alow ruined. This is money I don't have during a pandemic and I am disabled. $2100 is what I am paying for the kitchen pipes. They need to fix what they damaged and what I was told by ****** that they would fix their mess!
