      I rented from this company over 3 years ago. During the last month of our stay, there was a leak somewhere in the plumbing. They were prompty notified. We move out. They sent us a water bill for over $400. (Every other month had been under $75- 500 sq ft house) I called the water company, they were going to fix the issue for until they realized we paid to CPC and not the water company directly. We had already returned the keys and had no rights to return to allow the water company in to assess. I called CPC multiple times and they never responded. I left a voicemail stating that needed to work it out with the water company because i refuse to pay $400. They never sent anything. Never called back. That was over 3.5 years. Now today I get an email stating I owe them over $500. The need to remove this from my credit score and from collections. They never remedied this immediately and leave me alone forever.

      I rented from complete property care LLC for a year then the owner of the home sold the house and another property management company took it over. So normally your deposit gets turned over to the new company which Complete property care LLC kept my deposit $500+$300 per deposit instead of releasing it to the new property management company. So when I called the 1st time they said they took my deposit for repairs when I moved out which they did no repairs nor did I move out! 2nd time I called they said they took it for non payment of rent in February 2018 so I gathered all my paperwork with proof I never missed my rent! The 3rd time I call it was another bs story that they sent everything back which was a lie!!!!!!!! So now they refuse to answer my calls or give me the # to talk to the person that was there during the 2018 yr!! ALL THESE COMPANIES ARE CROOKS!! STEAL PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY THEN GET MAD WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR COOL WITH THEM FOR GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND!!!!!!

      Patricia Ellis did not rent from Complete Property Care for a year.

      Patricia Ellis leased 916 S 8th Street in Richmond from 12/27/2017 - 2/12/2018.

      Patricia Ellis never paid a pet deposit to Complete Property Care.

      Patricia Ellis made only three payments to Complete Property Care.

      1. 12/15/2017 - Application fee. Paid $15.00 total

      2. 12/22/2017 - Credit Card fee $2.50 and $500.00 security deposit. ($502.50 total)

      3. 12/28/2017 - Credit card fee $2.50, December pro rated rent paid $66.67, January rent $500.00, This left Patricia with a $33.33 credit for February rent which was refunded to her.

      No other payments were made to Complete Property Care. As you can see by the images Ms. Ellis uploaded, she was paying a company called Cooperate Leasing. I have emailed and called Ms. Ellis back each time she has reached out to me to explain this and so have my coworkers.

      I didn't move in the apartment or even start moving in the apartment until January the 1st so prorated rent absolutely NOT!!! The hundred dollars was for the agreement on the pet deposit they told me I could pay a hundred a month until it was paid off as you can see in my details on my checks and I paid my deposit to your company of $500 + $100 partial pet deposit! And as for you and your co workers you cannot get your stories straight the first time I called the lady said my deposit was taken for repairs,I asked her what repairs? You didn't do any repairs while I lived there! The second lady said it was for unpaid rent because I moved out which was false I just now moved out in August 2021! Then there is you the last lie that I never paid a deposit to your company and I rented from you from December-February! I moved in the apartment January 1st then my checks started going to Corporate leasing which they got $200 of my pet deposit while your company got my $500 deposit and $100 of my pet deposit! I NEVER GOT $33 From your company or anything else for that matter! You said you sent everything back to the owner I asked for copies of the checks or money orders for proof and who and where you sent it to,I got no response and you refused to accept my calls! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 16051311, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The lease began 12-28-17 so that is when your rent starts as well. Pro rated rent was charged. As you can see on the copies of your checks, you paid Corporate Leasing $100.00 pet deposit. That check was not made to Complete Property Care. Please review the information sent to you. I have never refused your calls. Each time I've received a message or an email from you. I have responded. I am sorry you are not getting the answer you are looking for. Our accounting is correct.
