This company is not a good company to rent from. I moved from ************ to ****** thinking it was going to be a good change for my family, but of course it has been one thing after another. Yes I was behind for a few months on rent due to waiting for the emergency rental assistance and they got some money from me through out that as well as assistance from another company that helped so they got double paid and guess what of course nobody knows what happened to the money. Now they are trying to get more and more money out of me and I am a single mother and I am trying hard to keep my house. They shouldn't tell me one thing and then all the sudden change it to something else. This house is not acceptable for the amount they are getting. It has mold in a lot of different areas and they have been informed of it and still have not done anything about it. These people are disgusting and rude and they are not a good company.. I'd never ever rent a property from them again

******* - We are sorry you feel this way. You have been behind on rent and sewage since you moved in. We worked with you as much as possible. There have been no reports of mold at all. We had to proceed with eviction due to past-due rent and sewage but also learned of your unauthorized pet and your unauthorized guest after we filed the eviction. All we asked you for is communication. We wish you the best of luck moving forward!

Complained about neighbor's huge trash pile and cockroaches. Dismissed by office staff and told it wasn't my problem since there were no bugs in my unit. Office staff said that cockroaches wouldn't come into my unit if I kept it clean. That's not how roaches work.Filed a complaint with health department to address the pest problem. Inspection showed cockroach infestation in the other half of the duplex. Exterminator came to treat the house and surprise! Neighbors had a massive bed bug infestation as well.Complete Property rents to the vulnerable and stupid, and uses that against their tenants to skirt the law hoping that their tenants don't know their rights.By all means find another housing option. This company is the worst.

Complete Property Care has never leased or had any interaction with this person. As you can read, the fictitious person stated they complained about pests to us, said we dismissed it but then says an exterminator came. How was the problem dismissed by staff if we sent an exterminator? As this person is not my tenant, I don't think my current tenants would appreciate being called vulnerable and stupid.

I rented from complete property for 3 years. It's was the worst experience I have ever had with a landlord. Many people in my apartment complex had to call the ****** ******* commissioner, board of health, and human resources department just to get this company to do repairs needed to make the complex livable. They never mowed grass regularly like they were responsible for. They illegally infested numerous apartments with c*** roaches, because they cheaply only sprayed one apartment, and spread to surrounding apartments knowingly. Then charges all tenants for a second exterminator. They didn't do repairs correctly. They knew building had extensive wiring, roof water damage, causing mold, and ceiling to fall regularly, and didn't fix. My apartment had doggy walks, peeling paint due to water damage, very low water pressure, water never stayed hot long. The property management is rude, dishonest, I had to call disability discrimination on *********************** for harassment to my doctor's nurse about an *** animal. She demanded to know breed, size, all illegal. Then she lied and said she had a law suit against me to my doctor. This company is horrible, unprofessional, and only out to s**** people out of money.

********************* moved into the unit March of 2018. Since she moved in 48 work orders were submitted and completed. ****** reported originally having cockroaches 7-25-2019. Since that date, NO pests were reported to Complete Property Care until 7-28-2021 when a tenant other than ****** reported it. ALL 8 units were inspected and the exterminator found NO activity in ********* apartment. My exterminator also wrote on his notes ****** requested he spray her unit anyway as a preventative measure. He did that. If our pest control company is requested to complete a task, they charge for that, in turn, if the tenant is responsible (in this case she was) the tenant is charged. After ****** was charged $90.00 for pest control she requested, she became very angry. Of the ********************* during her tenancy, 15 of them were put in AFTER the pest control charge. Complete Property Care never intentionally infested any home or apartment with pests. The building commissioner was called and the case was closed out in August of 2021 as ALL repairs have always been completed at that property. If not, why did *********** renew her lease year after year? The lease had been renewed 4 times. There has been no disability discrimination or harassment to *************** doctors or nurses. After we received a fictitious letter from what was supposed to be *************** doctor, we called to verify that ****** indeed did write that letter. I did ask if the doctor's ****** could verify what animal was the service animal only because ****** had 5 unauthorized pets all together. I wanted to identify which animal was the service animal so I could send a letter addressing the other, unauthorized animals. I never stated we had or have a lawsuit again ****** as we do not, at this time. After failing at turning us over to the building commissioner to try and get us in some sort of trouble, ****** vacated the unit before her lease was up and left the unit trashed with dog and cat urine and f**** throughout.
