On July 30, 2021, ****** was hired as our wedding coordinator. We paid her **** to complete the list below:- Meet with bride and groom for initial set up meeting.- Meet with bride and groom to maintain budget, timelines, and vision for their special day.- Set up all vendor meetings at least three in each area.- Provide a budget breakdown.- 24/7 On call service. Unlimited planning hours. Up to 3 hours travel time (extra travel will be extra charge)- Available to pick up any rentals, wedding items, *************.- Design and coordinate all wedding details, dcor, and timelines.- Create timelines for vendors and for the bride and groom to follow for the day of event.- Arrange all vendors and coordinate for day of arrival.- Meet and coordinate the rehearsal the evening before.- Decorate venue.****** did not help us break down our budget nor maintain it. Vendors were not contacted until a week before, so vendors were reaching out to us since she did not do her job. The wedding photographer was actually the one that created a in depth timeline for the day of the wedding, since ****** did not. Not all of her decorations were allowed to be used because she didnt pull decorations out until Thursday night of the week of the wedding and damage was done to some. She was not on 24/7 call. She would take weeks to respond and sometimes wouldnt respond at all. Not all decorations were finished for the actual wedding reception. It was asked many of times to send over certain information about the day of the wedding from us as a married couple that was already sent to her a few times before. We basically paid a decent amount of money for a job that was not completed. We planned our own wedding, when in reality, ****** was hired to help relieve the stress leading up to and the day of the wedding. When contacting ****** after the wedding (June 25, 2022) our concern, she stated she did a great job, then never responded back. All we are asking for is some type of refund.
