Very unprofessional very rude the dogs look sick she will take your money and won't accommodate you if any finance issues occur etc because life does happen I felt very disappointed because i gave her a holding fee which was $350 and was off work for 2 weeks with no pay and i was keeping her updated about payments and when i can make a doble payment soon she told me basically she can't help me so now i lost out of $350 without a dog very discourage and hurt i wasn't being mean nor disrespectful all i wanted was to support her business and also get my dream dog for emotional support animal i didn't even want a refund i want her to be reasonable and accommodate me to give me more time to pay her but child i won't even dare go to her very rude it seems like she didn't want to services me i felt her spirit through the messages like she just don't care at all my feelings hurt like seriously .my blessings will come even though i lost out of $350 without a dog smh i really didnt want to write this review but i lost out of $350 that was taken from me and my 5 yar old sonReview from Mar G

This company is by far the most unprofessional pet shop and business Ive ever experienced in my life. They tried overcharging me for my puppy after having me drive 3:34 minutes to their shop which was filthy and smelled terribly. The prices on their website are misleading, they advertise financing and that they accept credit card payments in which they do not, and they will tell you that more fees are included even after a total is given on their website. They will attempt to charge you for financing, credit cards and other fees even though they dont accept card payments as their website shows. Once I was about to make the payment for my puppy the owners husband ****** informed me that they only accept Zelle or Apple Pay but they accepted a partial payment in cash with the agreement that I would pay the remainder at a later date in order to get my puppies papers. They wasted 3 additional hours of my trying to adjust prices in order to charge me even more than what we had already agreed upon. Now they wont accept the rest of the payment unless I do it through Zelle or Apple Cash Card and they are refusing to provide my puppies AKC certificate of registration. They have insulted me repeatedly and are now calling from different numbers only to demand that I pay them more than what we agreed on all while advertising a ******* discount on for their remaining puppies on their website! Not only will I never do business with them again but I warn anyone else out there to avoid this place. On top of already paying them cash money as a deposit I came to find out that my puppy has ear mites, hadnt been bathe at all, was starving for food and had another health issue all which cost me an extra 300+ to get treated by a veterinarian. I will end my review here but I couldnt honestly keep going about the unprofessionalism, name calling and other things this company has done to not only me but other people.Danny's Family Pets & Accessories, LLC Response

We acknowledge receipt of your correspondence and appreciate the opportunity to address the matter. However, we must clarify certain points to ensure an accurate understanding of the situation. The Yorkshire Terrier puppy in question was listed at $2500, and there are some discrepancies in your account of the events.
Upon your initial inquiry on December 23rd regarding the availability of the puppy, we confirmed its availability and suggested scheduling an appointment for viewing. It is important to note that prior to your visit, a reduced price of $1700 was negotiated by your brother, to which we agreed. It is pertinent to mention that you currently have possession of the puppy, and there is an outstanding balance of $2000.
During your visit, you expressed your intention to make the payment via card. However, at the time, our card machine was temporarily unavailable, and despite your mention of having Apple Pay, you encountered difficulties in making the payment as requested. Subsequently, you indicated that you would visit the bank to obtain the necessary funds, but later informed us that the bank restricted your withdrawal to $500. Despite our attempts to accommodate your situation, you left without completing the purchase.
In consideration of the prior relationship with your brother, we offered the option of a $500 down payment for the puppy, with the remaining balance to be settled later. However, when you inquired about the *** papers, we reiterated that the balance remained outstanding, and the matter of registration had not been addressed. Furthermore, the contract signed explicitly stipulates that the puppy is intended for a pet home only.
Regrettably, during this period, we were undergoing personal bereavement due to the loss of a family member. Despite our efforts to convey this to you, you persisted in contacting us, and continued to pursue the transaction, making several unfounded claims.
While we understand that misunderstandings can occur, it is disheartening to be subjected to unwarranted harassment. We take pride in upholding high standards of cleanliness and care for all our puppies. However, your persistence in pursuing this matter has caused undue distress.
It is also crucial to note the following information: we entrusted you with the puppy without receiving the full payment of 2000 dollars. Regrettably, this decision resulted in a negative review, harassment, disconnection of our phone line due to non-payment, financial loss, and the loss of the puppy.
It has become apparent that your intention was never to compensate us for the acquisition of the puppy. We sincerely hope that other small businesses are spared from engaging with individuals of dubious trustworthiness.
We strive to provide exemplary service to all our customers, and we sincerely regret that your experience did not meet that standard. We hope that the well-being of the puppy is being maintained. Thank you!Review from Winters

Its nothing like being greeted and treated like family from the moment you walk in. I was not only able to find the perfect furry pet from my family I was able learn about my pets history. Omg I went through many of companys before purchasing my new fur baby . In the door the way they responded to me was amazing in the door . The steps to purchasing my dog was even secure like they dont let you even take the baby until they research about you . When I picked him up the covid standard from cleaning hands step in shoe covers was so cool I took pictures to post on social media how clean and organized they are . I have had my baby for 5 days now and they check on me everyday since .they even watch me on social media to see updates on my baby. I couldnt even take my dog home without having his correct food in hands before purchasing. I love when you make a purchase and feel good about that purchase . I have been referring everyone to them because I havent had good service like this in so long Im excited to see people still know how to run their business professionally. 10 stars from me and my familyDanny's Family Pets & Accessories, LLC Response

I went to Dannys family pets to get my daughter an emotional support dog. I got online after seeing them in a group on ******** and put a deposit down on a dog. Then I started to receive a bunch of legal documents to sign via ****** doc. I had questions about the wording so I made contact and spoke with Temprestt. While asking questions Temprestt seemed annoyed and unwelcoming to explaining the document and even started to talk to someone else in the background while I was talking and then handed to phone off to someone else rudely. Once the guy I then spoke to explained what I needed I finished the documents and later went to pick the puppy up on Christmas Eve! Once I arrived the last payment seemed much more so I asked for a breakdown. Temprestt never came out of another room to speak to me only sent her husband to relay messages. Then told me my card number didnt match from the earlier payments I made and requested another card authorization form. I was frustrated at this point because I knew for sure I made all payments with the same form of payment. When I began to say this the husband went into the room where Temprestt was for about 10 minutes and came back with papers stating all my payments had been refunded. The husband then went on to say they didnt want to take the risk of taking a card payment from me and would only accept cash. I wanted to walk away at this time but had promised this dog to my daughter and didnt want to disappoint her, so I said I will go to the bank get the cash and come back. While at the bank I received a text not a phone call but a text from them saying they was releasing me from my contract and didnt want to make the sell. After I drove over 100 miles to the location to pick the dog up and went through this whole process. It was the worst most unprofessional experience ever and I wouldnt recommend this establishment to no one. A few days later I ended up buying my daughter dog from Happiness is Pets and I couldnt have been happier i didnt spend my money where I wasnt valued. We understood the importance of you owning a new puppy which is why we allowed you to participate in our payment plan. If a client chooses the payment plan we have the ability to send digital invoices, accept payments, send reminders, and track which invoices are paid and unpaid empowering us to establish clear agreements with our clients and avoid potential payment disputes. Once we realized that one of thecards that was used wasnt in your possession and you had no knowledge of the card, we chose to not move forward with you. We know that fraudulent purchases result in payment disputes and we would be held liable for the payment amount if a customer disputes the payment.Additionally, While we dont want to grill potential owners with interrogation-style questions and scare them away, we hope theyre open to answering some important ones and signing our purchase agreement. Our purchase agreement is put into place to protect our clients, ourselves, and the puppies. Finding the perfect home for our puppies, however, can be tricky. Knowing the right questions to ask and picking up on warning signs can ensure a happy life for every puppy in our care. Weve fullyrefunded each card that was on file andapologize for any inconvenience this mightve caused. Good luck with your new furry pal!
