            My flight was delayed causing me to miss the window to check in to my original hotel booking at another facility. So between the hours of 1:38-3:00 am I was stranded seeking a hotel with availability. I drove to the Springhill Suites and called while in the parking lot to ask if they had rooms available. I was told yes, and see you when you come inside by the receptionist. He told me it would be a $500 hold on my card since I didnt have a credit card but they will accept my debit card for payment. He also told me that my room charges would be just $209.00 for ONE DAY. My receipt did not reflect that amount. Instead I was charged for Friday night and Saturday night for $452.00. I literally checked in the hotel on Saturday about 3:00AM and checked out Sunday by 12:30pm cause I asked for a late check out. So altogether my card has been held up for $1000.00 for just one night stay. I am livid! I would like a refund. I did not arrive at the hotel until Saturday Morning May 6, 2023 3:00 am. They are charging me for Friday May 5, 2023
