Think twice before doing business with this company or with *********.com or Fairmont Homes. Sales person, *******************************, made many promises up front and assured the quality of the home and homesetter. Needless to say we are very disappointed.We are still trying to recover lost money from their homesetter that could not complete the job and we had to find a local private company to finish their contractors job. Our experience has not been good and we regret our decision to choose this company.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding ******************** concerns. We are a little surprised on the review due to the home still located on the manufacturers lot. Mr. and ***************** received pictures of the home in August, and we received an email that they loved it and were very excited. Once the home has shipped the manufacturer, Fairmont Homes, will handle warranty items once submitted per their warranty policy. Any questions at the time can be answered by the sales locations or Fairmont Homes.
Regarding the company that would be involved in site work or setup of the home, Factory Expo Home Centers is not showing set up as part of our agreement with Mr. and ****************** We would recommend that Mr. and ***************** contact the department that issues licenses for set up contractors to see if a complaint could be filed with that agency.

I Purchased a New Home from Factory Expo Homes, it's been almost a year and can't get this company to come a fix the Repairs, that was Delivered that way. I've called numerous times, and just got the run around. There setup crew, were Extremely unprofessional, I had to pour 18 teen Concrete pads, by my self. Run the Gas line. I called Factory Expo Homes, at least 100 hundred times, and still never got the Repairs done. All I can say is if I did it again, I would definitely not Purchased from Factory Expo Homes, There very unprofessional, and if anyone does, get ready for a Big Pain in the A**Factory Expo Home Centers Response

Thank you for your feedback as it is important to us to make sure that you are satisfied with the home you purchased.The setup contractor is an independent third party which is not associated with Factory Expo Home Centers. Based on your records the contractor was hired to do basic setup, which did not include pouring of pads or running a gas line. Fairmont Homes covers the warranty on your home which includes cosmetic, plumbing, electrical and structural. Our records indicate that you notified us of some warranty items around early September 2021. The manufacturer was notified of these items immediately. Additional items were received toward the end of September. The manufacturer prefers to address as many of the warranty items during one visit if possible. This is dependent though based on the supplies that would be required to perform the work. If supplies need to be ordered, the manufacturer will schedule another visit to home. Fairmont Homes communicated directly with you and is planning for the contractor to be at your home the week of March 7.
