I want to start by saying that I gave them a 1 star because there wasn't a ZERO option. I have never been so disrespected and disgusted in my life. OK, so my husbands car broke down just outside of ********* so he called the closest tow/shop he could find. They came and got the car and towed it to there lot. At this point we asked them to diagnose what the problem was and to give us a quote. They did this and everything was going well. I started calling to get updates about 3 weeks later. The answer was always "we are working on it". Finally 7 weeks later the car was done... again ZERO communication. My husband and I go to pick up the car and this is where things take a turn for the worst. They pull the car out of the garage (while I am inside paying). My husband gets in the car and notices his charger/jump starter is missing. He then gets in the back to see if they put it back there and finds dirty shoe prints on the backseat, dirty shoe prints on the headrests of the front seats. He then looks around and find sexual lube in the backseat and a bottle of cologne. THEY WERE CLEARLY HAVING *** IN MY BACKSEAT!!!! Our dashcam was taken off the window and put in the glove box as well. I tried to go in and confront them at that time but my husband did not want confrontation and for it to get out of hand. So I called them to let them know and the owner said she would take care of it. I have no faith that this will be taken care of. After further looking at the car we noticed that after they changed the oil and reset the counter for it that is was down from 100% to 97% which means that they drove the car for more than 200 miles. So I am guessing they were using my car to party with. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED!!!1
