issue with Sally beauty, March I bought some hair dye and stuff. I did not use it. I didI return ot in June. It was over the 60 day. So they give me merchandise credit. I had someone to do my hair so I bought this purple hair color, and then the person backed out and I returned it again to Sally’s got merchandise credit again I bought sum stuff, tried to return it to get in-store credit again to go and get hair dye back and the manager looked at me up and down. She snarled her nose and she said no. she embarrassed me in front of multiple people , I called customer care they told her return the items and give me in-store credit. She told him no she was calling DM well I haven’t got any calls. don’t know if I can go down there and returnor not they won’t give me any answers. I’ve called five times over this She said you cannot return a return on top of a return. I said I know your policy like the back of my hand. If it’s before 60 days you get money back with the payment you used after 60 days with or without receipt, you get in-store credit there’s nothing saying you can’t return, and then return again doesn’t even make sense. It’s love it or return it. That’s their policy! I totaled out my car with my husband died and I have to wait so many months till someone will come and get me and take me to the stores , I had a ride and now I don’t . I need this taken care of because it’s not right for the way she’s treating me there was a girl helping me at the register. She hurried up and got up there and scooted her over with her hip and said I’ll handle this one talking about me And she straight up said no really loud and got on the phone with her supervisor and they said wait for the DM to call you well I left my name and number and I haven’t got any calls back in like two weeks now and I think it’s just rude After I get my right color that I want from Sally’s il never go there again!
