I purchased a cake for pick up on 4/13/24. When I picked up, the cake was cold. I asked if it needed to be refrigerated at all and the owner said no. She asked when the party was going to be thinking the cake was for a party. I said there wasnt one, it was just a treat for my husband and myself. One very small piece was cut out Friday 4/13. We woke up Saturday morning to a destroyed cake. She offered to remake the cake by 4/30 but I want refunded. I dont need ************ in 2 weeks time. I did what she said- put in flat surface to get home and no refrigeration necessary.

I am rejecting this response because:
None of the ordering policy info was given to me when ordering. I sent a messsge saying what I wanted and when I wanted it. She sent me an invoice and I immediately paid it. NO instructions were gave to me except the one I asked for- no refrigeration at all is necessary. No cutting instructions- absolutely nothing. I would just like refunded and sincerely hope she gives future customers specific written instructions via email and handout when purchasing. This wasnt a small purchase for me.Business response

My policy has been on my website, my business page, and ******* I should not have to be penalized because people wont take the extra steps to read procedures. She has been given an opportunity for a replacement. I will not refund any items that have been consumed.
