****, the owner of KLS landscaping company, does not have any word of honor. I have asked his company to fix a tilted evergreen on my front yard they planted when I first built my house. I have also asked them to maintain the spiral trim of my 3 evergreens. They did all the landscaping as they are contracted by Quality Crafted Homes. I have called them at least 6 times or more in the beginning. **** actually showed up once and told me h*** fix it that Thursday. That has been years ago, and ** still waiting. During that same visit, he also stated I was entitled to have one spiral trimming of my evergreens annually. They only trimmed them once, on year five, thats after so many phone calls as well and after I refused to pay my villa fees for that year until it gets done. Every year when I see landscapers I ask them to fix what *** asked them to fix all these years. Some of those landscapers are from another company so I didnt bother them. Ive been waiting to see KLS in our villa and I found them this morning still doing landscaping. I called them again 6/14/24 9:51am, and **** just said h*** call me in a few minutes as he is heading his way to a meeting. It is 10:57am now and still no call back. I will wait for that call again likely for years. I feel I am being discriminated for being a woman of color. **** was only interested in getting paid, but has no accountability for any mistakes his company makes. Neither the owner or whoever are on their office gets things done. They just say its not their responsibility anymore as it has been years ago. Exactly. Its been years of asking them to do the same thing thats never been corrected. I recommend you look for another company that can be trusted.
