On Tuesday April 9th I purchased a car from Auto Liquidation Center with ******* miles on it. That same exact day that I purchased it not even 10min later, the car gave me an engine losing power error and cut off at a red light. I took it back to the car lot and the owner had his employer drive it. Since it didn't cut off while the employer was driving it, the owner told me to drive it home and bring it back when his mechanic was in and he would have his mechanic fix the issue. He stated his mechanic would be in on Thursday morning so he wanted me to drop the car back off Wednesday night so that his mechanic could get to it first thing. He told me to give him a couple of days to get it fixed. He also told me that he would give me loaner car to drive. So I dropped the car off Wednesday, which was the day after I purchased it and asked about the loaner car. He then said that he doesn't offer loaner cars. I informed him that he told me that he does, but didn't want to go back and forth with him, so I left without a car(Issue #1). On Friday I called to inform him that I would be there Saturday afternoon to come pick my car back up. The owner then asked that my car was not ready for pickup and asked that I don't call him anymore and allow him to call me when the car was ready. He stated that he never told me that it would be ready in a couple of day and that it was an 18 hour job so the soonest he could have it ready would be on Thursday.(Issue #2) He stated it was the weekend so his mechanic wasn't in and that they couldn't sit on one job for 18 hours so it would take about 3 days before it would be ready. I stated ok and ended the call. On Wednesday April 17th, I again called to inform him that I would be there Thursday to pick my vehicle up. The owner again asked that I stopped calling him and stated that he never told me that the vehicle would be ready on Thursday( Issue #3). I informed him that he did tell me that and I just didn't make up a random date. I informed that he has told me multiple lies so every conversation I have with him from this point on will be recorded. He hung the phone up on me. On Saturday April 20th my father took me up to the car lot in order to retrieve my vehicle. Since the owner had hung up on me and told me multiple lies, I decided to let my father deal with him from that point on. When we got to the lot the owner told my father that my vehicle still wasn't ready. My father told him to give us the car and we will have someone else fix it and send him the bill. The owner then stated that car was not on his lot. My father asked for the address and informed him that we could go pick it up. He then told my father that he has no control over the keys once a vehicle is with them and that it was the weekend so no one was there anyways. My father then stated, well you told us you had a personal mechanic, not an auto shop you was sending her car to. The owner stated that he never said that(Issue #4) My father then told him to have my vehicle back on the lot on Monday afternoon because if the people he have fixing on my vehicle can't get it done in over a week, then we need to take it to someone who is more qualified to do the job. My father even asked him about allowing me to pick a different car off the lot since that one has been an issue from day one. He told my father that he can't do that. So on Monday afternoon, my father went back to the car lot to retrieve my vehicle. He drove it around and in less than an hour, it did the exact same thing. My father took it back to the car lot. I was not there for that conversation so I'm not 100% sure what was stated, but my father called me pretty upset and stated that the owner would not work with him as far as fixing the car or allowing me to purchase another one. He took my vehicle to an auto repair shop since the check engine light was on and had the mechanic put a code reader on it. The mechanic stated that 10 different codes showed up and that the car needed to go back to whoever it came from because the vehicle was no good. The mechanic ended up replacing a part on the vehicle according to one of the codes that showed up and told my father to see if that fixes that problem. Less than 24 hours later it doing the same thing. So my father took it to another mechanic and was told the exact same thing, that the car was no good. That mechanic again, repaired one of the parts according to the codes that he saw. Less than 24 hours later, the same problem. I have been unable to drive my vehicle for a full week without having to put it back in a repair shop. I have repaired at least 5 parts and it still isn't drive able. Today when it cut off at a red light it has not cut back on since.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I should have read the reviews prior to going to test drive a few cars we thought were ok. Then was told by the owner he has a two test drive limit and that we were probably trying to compare his cars to our 2020 Acura, so he knows he has terrible cars on his lot. He was extremely rude. Ive NEVER been treated that way.

Mrs. ******** stopped at my dealership on about the beginning of December she was very impressed with our selection, prices, our free nationwide warranty and my customer service. Than she informed me that she would return with her husband and her teenage daughter which they did on Saturday 12/04/2021, one of our busiest days of the week. She test drove the 2007 **** ***** ******** and the 2011 ******* ******* than my assistant provide a key to 2000 *** ** (V8 5.0 than she asked to test drive the ***. I tried to utilize 41 years of my automotive experience and notice the daughters attitude, had a brief conversation with Mrs. ********, that none of these cars are going to look and drive like her 2020 ***** ***. Please note all these vehicle were priced under $4900 and this is not the first comparison at this time we had five potential buyers, as these buyers were approaching for assistance they decided to leave. In summary there is a reason Auto Liquidation Center has been in business for 34 years under same owner, management regardless of the keyboard warriors and haters.
