      I have had my vehicle since March. In April, it began dying sitting in my driveway. I'd jump it every morning. I took it to their service department and was told it was a loose battery cable. Went to TN on my honeymoon and it was dead every day. Took it back to their service department and was told it needed a new battery. They put in a new one. In July, I was at ******* and I was driving in the parking lot, I lost all power. They had to tow it back to their service department. They replaced the battery, again, new alternator, new starter and I was told their GPS was draining it. They put a different GPS on it. However they did not charge me for anything except the starter because I asked them to put on a new one. Last Saturday, 4 months after replacing those parts, I lose power. They tow it, again. Replace the alternator, again. And they did not charge me anything out of pocket....I've had my car back for about 28 hours and again, no power. It's drained. Thanksgiving weekend and my family and I cannot go anywhere. We have 4 children. I work full time and rely on my car to get me there. Thus is uncalled for. Good luck getting a loaner from them too. They give you a big run around and no one has the same story....although they've cut a lot of cost out of my pocket I've missed work and now unable to see my family. Something has to give here!

      DO NOT BUY USED CAR HERE.I PURCHASED A VEHICHE HERE AND HAVE IT 6 MONTHS AND BOTH THE TRANSMISSION AND ENGINE HAS GONE OUT. THE FIRST TIME SERVICE HAD KEPT MY CAR FOR OVER 30 DAYS WITH ****** ANY COMMUNICATION. I HAD TO CALL ALMOST DAILY AND ALWAYS RECEIVED A DIFFERENT ANSWER. YES A LOANER CAR WAS GIVEN AFTER NEARLY 2 WEEKS OF BEING WITHOUT. ALOT OF LOSS WAGES AND EMOTIONAL STRESS WAS INVOLVED. NOW 2 MONTHS AFTER TRANSMISSION THE ENGINE IS BLOWN WITH THE SAME SITUATION. NOW BEING TOLD THERE POLICY IS NOT TO GIVE LOANER CARS.

      DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM HERE.....I purchased a vehicle in March have had my vehicle in shop since to have it repossessed because I decided not to go through the deal of more complications. ******* the supposedly owner/ ****** was so unprofessional he stated that it was lawful for him to repossessed my vehicle none payment of 4 days to turn around and say he had no choice because my son was holding my car hostage. After the fact my son said my mom will be having another mechanic to fix it. I have none communication from him to the service department to saying I don't have insurance when I do to only have each visit more issues with the car has stop twice in mid traffic highway mind you first *** alternator alternator belt got that work on to a week later fuel injection coolant and some other device and sensor for tire to end up car stop 4 days after. They show no customer service what so ever do not go here you won't get a reliable car service **** works on the vehicle for you to have more major issues and when you complain it's your fault. But your wrong for being upset and should adjust my schedule to fit their schedule to get my car fix when I live in ********** I have missed work because of all this . To have a a supposedly manager be pure evil

           This was an unfortunate situation. There were a few items on this car that needed repair and we did the repairs at no cost to the customer. We towed this vehicle in the last time and found out it was out of fuel. The customer has caught up on her payments she is back in her vehicle and we have had no more complaints. I hope she is enjoying her car.

      The car is not fine I was not behind in my payment on June 23 I spoke with Crystals let her know iof the issue and that I would not pay my payment until fix waited until Monday June 26 for ******* too tell me that she was waiting to hear back on how too move forward in which she stated is he had not got a answer either herself or ****** Or ******* will reach out on June 27th which I had to call several times once I spoke to ********************* we kept going back and forth he stated he would have it towed to *** Skillman to see tow company came to my fathers house my son told the tow company from ***** I changed my mind and I did not want to be charged a tow fee at that time ******* decided to tow saying it was legal way he could get the car there since my son was holding the car hostage which was false when I called it went from you should have answered you didnt so to do it legally I repo because your 4 days late on your payment which is false again never ever have I been late this payment was not getting paid until the issues were fixed my payment was due onJune 24 which would make my payment two days late on June 27 when it was Towed/ repoed. To have picked my vehicle up on June 30th to have it still not fixed as of Today July6 th the same issue with the car is jumping when excelling the rpm dial is going fast back and forth fast. To find out as well in April when I got a oil change it was never change the oil cap is empty so no I am not happy with results from Ray Skillman or there staff or the ********************************** he is making a point there was no fuel but fail to mention on the date I called about this issue I was on lunch going to get gas in my tank. The issue is happening on a fuel tank so not having gas has nothing to do with the issue at all the fact that motor mount was not tight oil change never happened and now I am taking to a mechanic to get all the items fixed they stated wasnt a factor.
