  Bought a car on April 8th for 2500 from freeland auto in ******** Indiana and have had trouble since day one called and called they finally can to look at it cause it was over heating we tried to get my money back because I had a mechanic look at it and said it was a blown head but **** (the owner) wouldn't listen all he kept saying was it was the thermostat so he changed it so it ran for a half day and now won't run at all!!! The motor is locked up we have tried to reach out multiple we have messages to prove it was messed up way before the 24 hrs we need to know where to go from here plus we don't even have a title to the car!

  Business Response The car was sold as is and they made no complaint till way after the 24 hour refund or return policy we went checked the car out and fixed the issue and we did that out of good faith and had no more issues till 2 weeks later but car was sold as is the costumer Had 24 hours or 50 miles for refund when we went to check the car out it had been drove for 141 miles and called 28 hours later but we fixed the issue they said they was good with that now it's been a almost a month and there is nothing else we can do Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I don't accept it because we sent the proof of us trying to contact them before 24 hours was up. We've been trying to contact them since the last problem was fixed and there was more and we couldn't drive it the day after "they fixed it" it was broken down that night. We have been trying to contact them, I have all of the proofs that I sent the first time I made the complaint. We called at 1:30 pm and 24 hours was up at 3:30 pm. And they didn't contact us back until after 3:30 pm. Because they said the phones was down. So that can't be our fault that their phones was down while our 24 hours policy was still going on. We brought the car at 3:30 on April 8th. & we called at 1:30. 2 hours before the 24 hours was up. Also the biggest main is that we don't have the title and it's been 30 days so we called once again, and the shop wouldn't answer our calls bc it was sent to voicemail. So we called their personal phone AGAIN, and they finally answered and said the title was sent yesterday as of the 4th of may. And it's been 30 days already. So technically it's still their car because I do not have the title in hand & I couldn't get the car to be in my name from the BmV bc they wouldn't accept the bill of sale.
