            We had a new garage door installed last week and some how in the removal of the old one, the cover and battery came out of my garage door sensor. This basically rendered the system useless until it can be repaired. The repair would be around $200 out of pocket with the alarm company because i could not find the cover to the sensor. Two techs from precision came out this morning and literally dug through piles of leaves in my yard for this cover. It was found and they even attached the magnet onto the new door for us. They really went above and beyond to right their wrong. Accidents happen but its how you handle them that shows the true colors of a company and precision really goes the extra mile to ensure a great job is done. Thank you guys so much for your hard work!
