Hired Top Notch Masonry to repair brick on front and side of my home that was damaged by a car accident. The wall popped out 2 inches and several bricks were damaged or cracked. **** said in his proposal that they would make sure the wall was plumb and level before bricks were replaced. Bricks were selected to match as close as possible. Workers arrived on 9/22/2021 to start job while I was working.The bricks are a pretty good match however they did not level the wall before the bricks went on. To make matters worse, they dug up a buried gutter PVC pipe, turned it around to cover up the damaged downspout. I hired a gutter company to come over and fix the damaged gutter after they left. The gutter people won't do anything until the wall is fixed. Touching the gutter was not in the contract and will now cost $1000 to fix. I was charged $3800 and want a full refund plus $1000 for the gutter damage they had no business touching. Folks, drive by and this Top Notch jobBusiness response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me.
The wall was pushed back into place and the bricks were redone. The gutter was put back into place and a new pop up cap was installed.
