      I'm complaining about the front desk at aspire. I went in for a primary care appointment and they were rude. The second time they could of told me my insurance didn't go through. And ask if I want to pay out of pocket. Instead they let me come back for labs. Then 5 months later I get a bill for service and it says my insurance doesn't cover. When they could of told me the first or second time. Why wait that long. The doctors and nurses are nice people. The front desk is poor information to there customer.

      After I had already had more than one Dr changed the one who was assigned to me I didn't like and I asked for a new one and instead of granting it I was discharged and I am disabled and need a mental health Dr I feel as if I was discriminated against because I don't like the one and the way she treated me. They go through so many people I think I should have the right to go to one I have a connection with.

      Dear **************,

      In reviewing the complaint ID# ********, our records indicate that the client was not compliant with an agreement she signed with the physician. These requirements were discussed with the patient prior to beginning treatment and she signed an agreement that she would comply.  More specifically, the patient continued to be non-compliant with testing that was required to continue treatment and medication prescription by the physician that were put into place for the patients safety and health.  

      It was discussed with the client that all of the physicians would have the same agreement requirement and that she would be required to comply.  Based on the patients continued non-compliance she was not assigned to a new physician.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

      [The only thing that I did was not **** once for this one nurse practitioner . I never signed a treatment plan with this Dr. I would have been fine with any other Dr except this one I never got a call from anyone in regards to this issue . I asked to speak to her manager I was not given the opportunity to.
