    It is with great disappointment and frustration that I find myself compelled to write this letter expressing my decision to sever ties with the Genesis brand. As a long-time supporter and advocate, I had high hopes for the quality and service associated with Genesis vehicles. However, recent experiences have left me with no choice but to seek alternatives.The series of issues I have encountered with my Genesis G90, priced at $71,000, have been nothing short of unacceptable. After experiencing a failure with the amplifier just one year after it was replaced, I was shocked to learn that Genesis was unwilling to cover the replacement under the one-year warranty. This lack of accountability is deeply troubling, especially considering the premium price tag of the vehicle.Furthermore, I am disheartened by the handling of the diagnostic process regarding the amplifier issue. It is incomprehensible that Genesis would expect me to foot the bill for a diagnostic, especially when it should have been performed prior to the installation of the amplifier. This oversight reflects poorly on the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction and quality assurance.In addition to the mechanical issues, I have also encountered persistent problems with the connected services on my 2017 Genesis model, despite paying for this service. While initially reassured by a case manager that Genesis was actively addressing the underlying issues, I was dismayed to later be told by another case manager that such efforts were deemed "delusional." This conflicting information and lack of consistency in communication are deeply concerning and indicative of a larger systemic problem within the company.Sincerely,******************* ************

    I took my ******* Sonata in for an issue and after 3 visits and over $1200 vehicle still making noise. They now saying they are trying to see if ******* will replace the engine under warranty. They said it is ok to drive even though ***** oil, makes noise and bogs down when accelerate. They will not return my call when they say they will. I have left several messages and nothing. I guess I need to take it to a lawyer or media.
