Takes two months for an appointment for car under warranty purchased at this dealership. Left messages for salesperson, cant even bother to return call. Car will not start. Had to have towed.Business response

This is my second complaint on this issue and it has still not been resolved. Around 4 weeks ago, I took my car back for the final leg of getting them to replace my faulty engine. The service advisor said he would put in for my engine to be replaced and the approval process will be quick. I have not heard from him so I called to find he no longer is employed there. I have left 3 messages and have heard nothing back from anyone . Can someone please help me get this resolved, please.Business response

I have a 2015 Veloster Turbo which was dropped off at this dealership on May 23rd of this year for diagnosis and repair. The dealership reported the vehicle needed a new turbo and intercooler. The repairs and labor would be about $4000.00 with about a ten day time frame. The cost is not the issue, what I am focused on is the lack of movement towards resolution or repairs made in five months. The vehicle remains at the dealership with no work preformed on the vehicle. They offered to buy the vehicle for a large loss to me.Business response
