      SAVE YOUR TIME AND READ THIS REVIEW FIRST If there was a way, I would absolutely rate this dealer with 0 stars. PLEASE avoid this location at all costs. They are very dedicated to ripping off their customers as much as possible. This dealer should not even be allowed to operate with how much they rely on SCAMMING people.ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS WITH NO COMMENTS ARE FAKE REVIEWS!!! They're trying to offset the reviews they've had lately that are 1 star by creating accounts and giving themselves 5 stars.I've got reviews for both sides, but let me start with the major SCAMMERS in the service department... So we were told that our car engine was completely done for, no way to repair it, should just replace it and there's no saving it. So they quote us a new engine at $10,000 in order for us to save the car. So I'm in panic mode thinking, well this really *****, I need a car to get to and from work. So at that point we decided to give looking at a used car a try with their sales department, but I'll get to that later after I finish up with service. Since we felt like completely replacing an engine is quite ridiculous on a 2016, we asked if it was covered by the Hyundai lifetime warranty that came with the car. Their response was, NOPE, you killed this engine in a way that wouldn't get you anything, but you can try and I can guarantee you Hyundai will tell you NO. I obviously didn't like that, so after looking into other cars, we decided that wasn't working and we needed a good 2nd opinion on the "engine" issue. Low and behold, these SCAMMERS were proven wrong about the extent of the damage. Everything they said they found could not be found at all by my trusted mechanics across town. What did my mechanic find? Well they only found $350 in work that needed to be done! WOW!!! What a scam Hyundai!! You disgust me!Now onto the good part of the salesmen here... They are just are terrible of people. You can offer them up your car in whatever condition you want and they will l

      I went to Hyundai of Noblesville on 7/21/2022 for an *** light error. They said I damaged the steering column and needed to replace the whole column. The estimate is over $2,000. I waited more than 2 hours and they gave me this outrageous estimate. I went to Autozone and they checked my car and recalibrated my Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) for free and the *** light was gone. They said when I drop down the steering wheel, It should recalibrate SAS. It took less than 5 minutes of their time and they didn't charge me anything.I went to Hyundai dealer to find the problem and fix it. I didn't go to Hyundai of Noblesville store to get ripped off. I paid Hyundai dealer $135 for problem checking, not an outrageous repair estimate.

      I bought my Hyundai Elantra here and LOVED the people who sold me my car back in 2016.Service department is not the same experience - honestly, I'm probably going to end up trading in for a different brand so I don't have to come here anymore for services.Don't bother scheduling appointments, because you get thrown in the mix of express car services ... I've been here for 3 hours and counting. I've had a TPMS light on for over a year - each time, services just resets the light and it turns on as soon as I start driving. Dismisses me each time. There is no trying to fix whatever is setting off the light, so I never know if my tires are bad. I've even gone to a ***** dealership to avoid coming here for an oil change and to get assistance with my TPMS. The ***** service team couldn't get into my Hyundai system to try to fix it, and they even called this service center to get access and were denied. Expect to be dismissed, especially if you are a female - I get a yea yea when I tell a service guy that I need someone to fix the tire pressure light and not just reset it. Also, in the past, they have "lost" my car and I had been sitting, being assured it was almost done, for 6 hours total in the end of it all.
