      The issues with my vehicle are by date: - On Sept. 2023, took a vehicle in for an oil change, to find out there were metal shrouds in it. Kahlo had to replace the entire engine. This took about 3 weeks from ordering the engine to delivery, and to installation. Took the car in on Sept. 16th, and returned Oct. 6th, 2023. I was not provided with an extended warranty on engine. - On March 29th, 2024, took a car to Kahlo for an oil change, and tire rotation. - On May 3rd, 2024, took the car in due to the Service 4 Wheel Drive light kept coming on intermittently. It was then shared with me that I would need an entirely new Power Transfer Unit. The dealer states that upon inspection of the *** shift fork, there was internal damage found to the shift collar in *** making it seize. Provided a rental for the week of May 3rd-9th, 2024. However, they did not provide me with a MOPAR part, instead it was a referbished part. No extended warranty was provided.- On May 13th, 2024- my car was towed to Kahlo as there was grease all over my driveway. The service paperwork states that they checked oil for leak, but determined that it had thick oil coming from engine. Upon further inspection, they discovered that the outer boot on the right front CV axle was torn and throwing grease. Again, refurbished part. Drove home, and it tore again. The car was towed back and has been there since. Today is June 12th, 2024. Provided with the number for the Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge Customer line *************) to contact and establish a Case Manager (Saurabh) to assist with these issues (Case # ********)with the vehicle and warranties, as the dealer could not provide extended warranties on this car. They will not provide buy-back for this vehicle, have no extended warranties, not responsive. Also, NO part is available for the axle as they are waiting for it to be made. Car is under ****** miles with these major issues. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle.

      Kahlo CDJR has attempted to assist ******************** in trading out of her vehicle unsuccessfully. The repairs to her 2021 Jeep Cherokee are covered by the manufacturer. The Engine is covered by a 36 month, ******* mile warranty. The *** is covered by a 36/100 warranty as well. The CV axle is covered by a 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty. The parts utilized to perform the repairs may be OEM remanufactured parts, at the manufacturers discretion. As before, we suggest ******************** petition the manufacturer regarding coverages as these are not provided by the dealer. We remain committed to assisting in any way we can.

      07/03/2021 date repaired Ro#****** ************* to figure out how they are going to fix an issue that was caused by them when they reinstalled my transmission they left the dust cover pinched between the adapter plate and the bell housing and improperly shimmed my flexplate which in turn caused the trans flexplate to be in a bind which caused failure that destroyed my starter and my transmission adapter plate and my flexplate costing me thousands so when I go in there to discuss with the service manager he just told me it wasn't his problem and pushed me on my way I asked him to speak with the shop that is currently repairing these breaks and he said he has no reason to speak with them I have pictures and documentation showing this was what caused the failures at hand. Spent 1 week trying to contact them on the phone and always said I would receive a call back but nobody ever called so I had to go in there parts and my child in hand to just get pushed out the door I've always favorite and used this dealership but now I'm in awe about this situation as my 2yr warranty means nothing with them for parts and labor for an issue unmistakably caused due to either laziness or lack of knowledge now I'm out of a truck which means my company is suffering due to another company's faulty work and lack of communication

      When ************* came in for his original service with us July of 2021, we replaced his rear main seal and delivered it back to him.  He came back in November of 2022 telling us that his truck broke down and is at another service facility.  I was not involved in the conversation the day he came in, and he left upset.  The next day after getting numerous negative online reviews, I reached out and spoke with him.  I apologized for the prior day activities and came to an agreement that since it has been over a year and *****k miles later that I would cut him a check for $500 to help out with the repairs of the truck at the other service facility.  He accepted and came in to speak to me in person and pick up the check on November 17th and cashed it the next day.  Attached is a copy of the check.  I hope he continues to service his vehicles with us at Kahlo CDJR.

      Kahlo Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram in *********** is refusing to see me to allow me to exercise my right to buy out my lease. I have called and left messages for two weeks, and I have still not been able to schedule an appointment with them to complete the paperwork. I have stopped by the dealership but they will not see me to execute the completion of lease. Today it's rainy and there is barely a single customer in the store. I went in to take advantage of the slow business time, but they would still not see me and stated I had to make an appointment with one of the two people who will not see me or call me back. They said the finance officer was unavailable. Now I only have until the 27th to exercise my right to buy my vehicle and they are still unwilling to see me.

      Thank you for reaching out to me about this matter.  We strive to provide each customer with the best experience possible.  Looking back at this matter, we have records in our system showing that the customer came in on February 22 nd to speak to a salesperson about her options of buying her lease out.  She came in 2 days later on the 24th of February and completed the purchase of her lease buy out.  This matter has been resolved.  Below is the communication logged in our CRM and below that is the deal completed in our DMS.  Thank you and call for any questions!
