***** was great! Came out did an inspection, for hail damage and told us we could file! And got our roof and gutters paid for!!

***** from ARC was great asked him to come inspect my roof for hail damage, as we have gotten a couple of good amounts of hail!! He found a lot of damage and suggested I file a claim, and he even came back and met with the inspector from my insurance company and he got a new roof and gutters and some siding paid for by the insurance company!

*********************** provided a free inspection of our roof and ascertained we had hail damage. He was present when our insurance adjuster did his inspection and worked with him to ensure all damages were covered. His crew came out and quickly tore off the old roof and replaced the shingles with a superior product that has a lifetime warranty. A 2nd crew came out later that afternoon to install new gutters working past 8:30 in the evening to ensure we had protection for the anticipated overnight rain storm.We are pleased with the professionalism and assistance provided by ***** and his crews!
