I purchased a car from Noblesville Imports on 3-2-2024 and I paid for the car to be delivered. The car was delivered on 3-20-2024. Since the car was purchased Indiana all of the paperwork had to be completed in my residing of *************** which included processing the title work, registration, tags and vehicle identification inspection and odometer inspection. I received a text message form ******* at Noblesville Import that she would be ***** all the paperwork to Butler County Clerk of Courts on ************************************************************************. I made the 50 minute drive on 4--5-2024 only to find out during the clerk processing the paperwork at Noblesville (*******) forgot to include all the necessary paperwork the process. The Butler county clerks apologized and told me they would contact Noblesville Imports to obtain the missing paperwork. On 4-12-2024 I mad another trip to complete the paperwork which was successful. During the clerks processing my paperwork my paperwork she stated that Noblesville OVERCHARGED you on the sales tax and the ******** check belongs to you. She stated that if you don't request for the check Noblesville Imports will keep your check. She gave me a copy of the check for my records.. Within a days I contacted ******* at Noblesville about the check and she stated that I will receive a tax credit. . The next day I contacted Bulter county Clerk of Courts and stated that ******** statement was not correct. I gave ******* the phone number to contact the Bulter ******************** to explain to her information was wrong. I then followed back up with the Bulter ******************** who stated that they explained to ******* what happened, but they stated whether she still understood. I then contacted and spoke to ******** at OPUS VTR *** who does title work for Noblesville and confirmed Check #****** and would process the check immediately and send to Noblesville Import to forward to to me. At this date they have not forwarded MY CHECK.

To whom it may concern:  I asked my Title Clerk to give me the response for BBB, as she has been the sole party involved in his communications.  Her response is below and documentation is attached. Thank you so much!

***************************************** is not owed a refund because of the following, Ohio taxes equaled a total of *******. Noblesville Imports
collected 1782.62 which is ******* state tax and ****** county tax. Opus, our third party we use for out of state titling deals, sent
**** the total of ******* plus provided the ST108-NR that showed what we paid to *******. The check for the refund goes to the
dealership for paying Indiana the taxes and the customer received the ******* sales tax credit from ******* since **** and *******
are reciprocal states. I also spoke with ********* from Opus. She said that she told ****** if he was due a refund the dealership would
be the one to refund the money that Opus never refunds to dealership customers. Also, I am not sure if it was *********, Opus is the
one that spoke with Butler County. I have attached all the documents to this email showing what was collected and what was paid.

      Thank you,
      *************************
