On 8-2-2021 I hired ***** Stoops to create my Will. In-person at his office I paid $200.00 cash (the full amount) for that will and at that time was interviewed by ***** stoops for everything to be included in the will. After a couple months I began making numerous calls to his office asking where it was, repeatedly being told someone would call back but they didnt, another month or so later I spoke to ***** who had me repeat everything I wanted on the will as they had lost my information. Upset as I was I repeated the information, by phone this time. But month after month after month I call asking where my will is and I am repeatedly told "its been hectic" or "things have been crazy" and "someone will call me" etc. Finally, around April of this year I began asking for my money back as it seems they have no intention of creating my will. But I have only been met with the same statements. I have since asked for my money back three more times to no avail. Now here I am over eleven months later, no will, no refund, no apology, nothing. I had hired Mr ********************** on a couple other occasions in the past and although he lost a case against an insurance claim on my behalf I still thought only the best of him personally and professionally. So to be treated in such a way both shocks and saddens me.Business response
