      In November of 2020 ******* took our boat out of ******* Lake. It would not start so they had to tow it. After about 30 phone calls to check on the status of our boat we were told it was no longer there and was at a different ****** WITHOUT our knowledge. It was taken to ************ (There is also a complaint against them) . They then sent us a **** and against our better judgment so that we would not be sent to collections . We paid them $349.60 Also we had family come in from out of town and rented a boat for the weekend from them for approximately $400 which I immediately regretted. I want the $349 back and half of the $400 for a total of ****** and by the WAY WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR BOAT IF THEY CARE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

      This customer called us on September 5, 2020 and scheduled for their boat to be picked up at the ramp on October 3, winterized and stored for the winter. When it came to pick up the boat at the ramp, the customer called and let us know that it was not starting and we would have to tow it off the lake which was done on or about October 17. On October 30, 2020 I called and left a message with the customer stating the repairs need and requested a call back. On November 6, 2020 I again contacted the customer regarding the repairs needed to their engine. Customer returned our call and approved the repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs needed to this engine, could not be performed by our company. This happens in unique cases. Due to the special repairs needed, it requires special tools and special training. We are not and have never been a ****** dealer. We had no alternative but to have the repairs done by trained individuals at another *******

      With that being said, typically once repairs are done, the customers boat is returned to us and we **** the customer. This customer chose to not utilize our services and decided to discuss all repairs, etc. with the other ******* Once this customer chose to deal solely with the ****** finishing the repairs, we no longer had any say in the matter.

      As for billing, we provided services to the customers boat and sent the Invoice in July 2021. This customer chose not to pay until December of 2021 which incurred several months of finance charges due to the late payment. The customer never called to discuss the **** in question. I was unaware of any issues with our service or billing until receiving this complaint.
