Had Walts paving put in a new parking lot spring of 2021. I noticed at the end of 2021 or beginning of 2022 that part of the parking lot is crumbling and there also are large cracks running through it too. I have emailed and left vm as did my contractor. The only response was to my contractor that he was in hospital and would take care of it soon. That was in late February or early March.Customer response

We have spoken to customer we have sent our estimator out to assess the situation and will make necessary repairs this coming as to not interfere with business at dentist officeCustomer response

i would like to know dates-as they always say will be there. I even ran into the estimator this pas Friday around 11AM and he said he would be there after the job he was at. My OM was here until 2:15 and no one had ben ******************

Better Business Bureau:
Not sure what number texting but my cell phone *************, hasnt gotten any texts. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with the caviat that crumbling near the entrance is also taken care of. This area hot tar will not fix, I think it will need more than that.Thank you.Customer response

On 6/24/22 I accepted the solution from Walts Paving. Unfortunately, I have NOT heard anything from them and we are coming into fall. So I need to reopen this complaintBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:In June, the response was: will be out to take care of it after my norm business hours. It is now Oct. I saw your response that bc I didnt respond you were closing the case but I never saw their response. They said they were going to be here this past weekend from what I remember it saying but again they didnt come. I will try the BBB before the attorney general but thank you. The main issue is I had them redo my parking lot spring of 2021. I noticed in February that areas were crumbling not just cracking. There are also many areas with deep cracks.
