My wife and I thought it would be great for my kids to attend summer camp throughout the summer while we worked, so we signed them up for summer camp through the ***** After observing kids being screamed at during pick up, kids coming home so burnt they didn't want clothes touching them, being left out in the rain because they weren't allowed in the building, my kids being told the leader didn't like children we decided we had enough. We asked for a return of 1/4 of the camp fees which seemed reasonable considering we kept the kids home 50% of the time due to fear of what would happen while they were at camp. I know we were not the only ones with these problems because the issues would come ** in the group chat communication tool, but once someone voiced their concerns about their child they were removed from the group chat. Parents have a right to know what is going on with their children. After I communicated our concerns, I was removed from the group even though I did not say anything inappropriate, just stating facts. I am beyond disappointed in our experience and have serious regret pre-paying for an entire month. Only after my last complaint in the last week was I offered a refund of unused days. I made the same complaint and regret on 06/29/22, however I was never offered a refund at that time. They waited until there was 2 days left of camp to offer a refund of remaining days.Business response

We have received the correspondence regarding *********************** and the complaint filed 7/28/22. In review of the information provided, I do see where a $200 refund was issued on 8/2/22. I am providing a copy of the transactions.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.I have requested 25% of the fees due to lack of confidence in the services. A refund was never offered when I expressed the same complaints a month prior. $200 was already agreed to before the complaint was filed, I advised them that was not satisfactory and I would be taking it up with the BBB.
