              This is a fraudulent account SUNCST CU ************ there are discrepancy on my credit report and this account needs to be deleted. I have **** **** **** **** **** ** as a receipt number in certified mail that I used sending them my letters showing inaccuracies on my credit report. I have send them a letter on 6/30/2023 but I didn't receive any feed back and this account hurting my credit score. I will file legal complaint if they did not respond.

              The purchase and delivery experience was very good. Of course I paid cash for a model already on the lot. BUT 0 help, guidance or support once you accept your brand new park model trailer. Even when you are looking to pay for service or items. If you need same type of materials, colors etc to repair anything. The answer is always You need to see what you can do or call the manufacturer. So dont count on that at all. When I contacted ***** (the manufacturer) directly even they said that the dealer should be the one helping me.

              **********************, yes you purchased a trailer from our ********, ******* Sales location, in February 2021. We have no record of any requests for service or parts you may have wanted from ***** Mfg.But, that being said for the last 2 years, ***** has not been providing any parts, other than warranty items, because of shortages, caused by the Pandemic shut downs.We would be pleased to pass any request for parts to ***** Mfg. Fulfillment and delivery of those parts would be at ***** Mfg discretion.***********************, president
