I wish it could be 0 stars for customer support. We have wasted so much money to recieve no help or correspondence from this company. I will forever warn other of the **** this company is a part of. It's a shame because this camera was amazing and had everything we had hoped for.Review from Clay H

We were originally gifted a baby monitoring device from this company and were unhappy with it. Set up was difficult and we continued to have problems with the product. I reached out to customer support and they were far from helpful. My wife purchased a newer version so the two devices would be compatible with each other and viewed on each device. Set up is more difficult than the first time. Customer support sent me the same response they sent me two years ago the first time I reached out for two different issues which did not remotely address my set issue. We have ordered new devices and encourage others considering Hubble Connected products to go with another product.Review from Azadeh V

The Hubble monitor I bought stopped working few months after purchase, I filed a report to the company to replace the monitor in May 2023, after very rude and slow response, they sent me a new camera NOT THE MONITOR in may 2024, a year later. I have sent them 5 emails since then but there is no response. **************** is absolutely horrible, quality of the product is very low comparing to the price.Review from Andre M

Customer Support is not what they advertise. There is no phone number, the website advertised a Live Chat option but it simply doesn't exist. There's an online contact form which is actually broken and returns an error every time. The only option is through an email address which takes over a week to get a response.
