      I have brought a phone thru boost mobile online services and paid ****** for it. When I received the phone it was not to my expectations so I returned the phone which was received and signed for by the company ****** micro *** which I was told to return the phone too. The phone was received on March 22, 2022 and signed for. I have been fighting boost and ****** on getting my refund s***e then and has not been able to because ****** have not processed it in. I keep asking to speak with a supervisor which they will not get on the phone. I have been told they can track the phone to find out where it is located and they have not done so. The customer rep even provided the imei number to me but they will not track it to see where it is in there warehouse. I have all documents that I returned it, that I paid for it, when it was returned from *** as well. I have all the order confirmation numbers and screenshots from reps with boost mobile. No one is helping me get my refund. I have spoke with boost and they have created requests for my bd grind numerous times and its getting cancelled because they cannot locate the phone from ******.

      I ordered a cell phone through a company that contacts with this warehouse to ship out their merchandise. ****** Micro (IMM) told the primary company that they shipped the package. However, according to ********************* ****** IMM never gave them anything and IMM has not done anything besides print a label (and they waited to print that label until several days after delivery was supposed to be complete). The primary company won't refund my order, because IMM states they already shipped it (but they did not). *** won't let me file a claim with them, because they say they never had it, and IMM never shipped it. IMM won't speak to me at all, and said it's the primary company's problem. Order total: $909.94 There are MANY other similar complaints about this company not sending merchandise or sending empty boxes.
