We hired ******* to build us a big deck/porch. It was a big, complex project - part of the deck is screened in, covered, and tied into our roofline. There is also an adjacent, open portion of decking. On top of this, we also asked that our hot tub be incorporated into the design and sunken in. ******* did a great job with the designing the structure with affordability, quality materials, and style in mind; it was no easy feat to tie the deck's roof into our existing roofline. He also did a great job ensuring we had all the proper permits for the job. He promptly communicated and explained any delays (permitting, materials, weather) and I feel that he did not cut corners and wanted to ensure that the job was done right and according to what we had agreed upon upfront. Included in our bid was also a new walking path through our backyard and landscaping, as ******* has a great landscaping contractor he regularly partners with. We are very happy with how everything turned out, as our entire backyard is transformed into a beautiful and functional space we didn't have before.
