My son began attending ninja warrior training at this facility earlier this year. I set up monthly payments and everything was fine as my son enjoyed the class, then the class started having less and less participants around April 2021. One time I brought my son and there was no one there at all. I assumed the classes had been canceled. I called and left a message regarding my monthly payment and that I wanted it canceled, I said either cancel my payment or call me back. I never received a call back, and I thought I noticed the monthly payment had stopped coming out automatically. Months and months passed without my son attending. May, June, july, august, September. 5 months! I noticed a payment came out today from the flip zone! I couldn’t believe it! So I looked back on my bank statement and they have been charging me every month! This may be legal, but it is absolute bullshit business practice and they damn well know it!Business response

On October 3, we called Mr. Owens back and discussed his account which is controlled by him. He called the office on a Sunday and again on Monday morning. We were closed both times he called but responded to him as soon as we received the message. We agreed on the refund and processed his refund amount immediately. He then told us he would take off the complaint but obviously he has not. We responded to him and refunded him within 24 hours. Please let me know if you have any further actions that we need to follow. It is up to the family to unenroll their students as we have auto billing that they sign up for and enroll their children in. This is the first phone call that we received and we refunded Mr. Owens immediately upon request.
