This establishment came to my home on one occasion to fix my Backhoe machine. They did not fix the issue and returned another visit without my consent. The second visit resulted in fixing unbroken parts on my machine. My machine had to be taken to a different establishment. This establishment was able to fix my machine within one week. Bane Welker equipment charged me for 2 visits which I did not ask for. I was also charged substantially more from this organization for "1" visit, than was charged by another establishment that kept my machine to actually fix it for an entire week. I addressed the charges with Bane Welker and that I did not ask them to come twice to my home to fix the machine. The charges were not reduced for something I did not ask for. Why is there such a substantial charge for one visit when other organization had my machine for a week, fixed more than Bane Welker that was actually wrong, and they did work I did not authorize.
