We sent *****, the owner, equipment for installation. The install didn't occur and he has repeatedly apologized for not sending it back, and said for months he would return the equipment. We sent a return address label. The equipment has yet to be returned. He will not answer his call or reply to further text messages. Communications attached. Text messages reflect the number he said to use to text him.Seeking return of equipment.Initial Complaint

I hired this company because he gave me a quoted price of $1,200 when I went to pay him he said $2,500 he broke $125 light HE OWES ME THAT MONEY $125.00 on my panel of my hot tub he almost blew my hot tub up he is not bonded licensed or insured in ********** ******* now I do not know if my hot tub spa is safe or not because he had to come back twice and redo it he does not know what he's doing and when I tried to share this with him he used every f word in the world in a text to the point I had to threaten to tell him I'm calling the police to stop him from texting me so nasty I am a 65-year-old Senior woman I live alone he totally took advantage of me I called the permit department they haven't heard of this company since 2021 when I paid him he said he would send me a receipt via email I am still waiting for my receipt I never got that was June 8th 2022 I do not think he's stable and all's I want is somebody that has the capability of being bonded or insured to check out the work that he did here so that I know my hot tub my home and my family are safe here at my address thank youBusiness response

We have contacted the customer. We offered to pull an electrical permit and have the job inspected to insure the electrical job was done right. The customer refuses to pull a permit for the hot tub. When we told her she would need to pull a permit for the hot tub she called us crazy and liars. To protect **** we will not pull a permit and have the electrical job inspected until she pulls a permit so she doesn't get into trouble and face a fine. We have also sent a refund for the 100.00 part she's claiming we damaged from the used hot tub that she bought. As far as Kouder Electric and Construction fixing the issue she claims she's having, When we ask what electrical issues she's having **** keeps referring back to the 100.00 light that was taped to the side of her used hot tub. **** cannot contact the manufacture because she bought it as is, used. I know of issues she was having before it was delivered as far as a leak that had to be repaired. Since we agreed to send **** a check for the light. **** called the police on Kouder Electric and Construction for harassment but continued to contact several of its employees numerous times. We are no longer allowed to contact her. Kouder Electric is license, bonded and insured. I tried to explain its just updated info the Chesterton Building Dept needs because it expired in June 2022 we were called liars.
