  On 2-19-22 I went to empire furniture&before even completing a sale, *** the owners brother told me I would be guaranteed my delivery by 2-20. He said no later than 2-21&even put the 21on the invoice. He didnt fill out invoice right either The 1st delivery came 2-21. I ordered a bed, frame, bunkie board&2 bamboo pillows. They said 3-5pm. I call at 5, say they will be there soon. Got my old bed out side before they got here. They get here with only the frame&say the rest will be here tomorrow. I was furious&needed somewhere to sleep so they sent a driver to get another more expensive mattress I didnt want, its much firmer. I was trying to haggle with the owner for the inconvenience or figure out if I could get the bed I ordered&he wouldnt answer. The frame came broken&was not assembled correctly. I slept on the bed with out plastic for the night. The next morning owner says hes sending the right bed,(because this one hurt my back&my fiances) bunkie board&pillows with the fixed foot board around 3-5 pm. They came at 11am took the messed up foot board&left. Came back at 7:40 pm(after they had closed) attached the new foot board&tried to leave. The driver stated he didnt have a bunkie board on his order(it was the same guy from before)nor the pillows. He screamed at me in front of my toddler to put the cover back on if I wanted them to take the bed. He knew my fiance&I are physically unable to, he refused to give us the one we ordered said it wasnt his job to wrap the other one back up. I then tried to deny the delivery&tell them to take it back. They refused,&stormed out. I never signed the invoice,&asked them repeatedly to come get it. He threw two box springs in my yard, the pillows are two dif kinds, the frame is still warped, the frame is loose. I have a spinal sprain&my fiance is high risk trying to conceive. We could not lift the bed to put the cover on&the owner refused to be helpful until I threatened to *** over this is***, and I will if necessary.
