      I got a cdl physical done at the ******** IN branch of fastpacehealth sometime in september of 2023, couldn't finish the paperwork until a month later (due to my cpap paperwork not being correct). I paid ****** for the physical that was performed that day. When i went back a month later to get the signatures so i could submit my paperwork to the bmv, there was no cdl certified doctor working in ******** anymore so they could not sign my paperwork. Because they couldn't provide a signature, they (whoever oversaw the ******** branch) offered for a free physical be redone at the *********** branch. This was an hour drive each way, but i didn't want to have to pay for another cdl physical to be done somewhere else so i agreed. I took time off work and drove all the way to richmond to get a new physical, they were told that i wasn't to be charged, and i thought this was over and done with. Some time shortly after that, a ***** bill was sent to me and then charged on my card without my authorization, I called a customer rep, they couldn't tell me what that charge was, returned it to my bank account, and again i thought i was done with all this. I think that every month since october i've been sent a bill for ****** for the physical i received in richmond. I've called several times, had to explain this whole ordeal several times, I was told that the ******** branch was supposed to send ******** the money for the cdl (because they couldn't finish my first physical due to doctors leaving and new ones not being certified).Several times i thought this was behind me. I want fast pace health to lose my information, i'm constantly worried they will charge me again and i dont have the money for lawyers, all i can do is freeze my bank account (i have done this when I had a "late payment due" bill come one time).

       I am rejecting this response because: That was a total dismissal of my complaint. Part of my complaint was that I've spent a lot of time on the phone, multiple times, explaining this whole situation with multiple people, with the problem not being resolved. And your solution is for me to call again? Been there, done that, not doing it again. Stop trying to charge me money, I can't afford this nonsense. If someone who actually cares wants to call me, you have my information. Unless of course you do what I ask and delete me from your system entirely. 

      This is a perfect example of a company that gets big enough that there's a diffusion of responsibility, whoever is responding to this thinks it's not there job. Every rep I've talked to thinks it's not their job to fix this, every manager will just push these things down the line, because it's not their job. How about someone take control of something for once!
