I went to infinitprint solutions Inc. To get a email printed off to use to file with my lawsuit I was working on. The lady at the desk tool forever to pull up the email I sent to her. She was not trained on the task she was in as evidence by blowing up the emails creating new copies that wasn't needed. As this lady was unable to shrink the image i sent I tried sending her the emails different ways to further assist her so she can complete the task I was needing. It was 5 minutes till the clerks office was going to vlose and I had to submitted my copy to them. She gave me to papers that the image was highly ****** blown up (making me look silly to the court and was not what I wanted nor exp) I had a employee with that was going to pay foe the copies when she was unable to do it correctly when I asked. I get back after dropping off this one email and was charged **** dollars cause they wanted to charge for the emails this lady couldn't figure out even tho my employee was describing to her how to fix the i.age but she refused to listen. I called to complain to the manager about this woman's extortion tacts and was greeted by the cocky arrogant owner refusing to let me make a complaint about the service I was treated with and the fact this broke company need **** to evidently stay afloat and refused to refund my money. I did not get what I paid for at all couldn't use any image they printed off and the cocky owner sarcastically asked if my employees took the prints after she was charged for them ignoring I brought them back in before she left the sidewalk in front of their broke store. This guy doesn't need to be working with ppl and highly recommend everyone go somewhere that's going to stand behind their work and not try to rob them when they can't do their job.Business response

Concerning the $6 refund requested by *******************
We are a Commercial Printer, not a Quick Print such as Office *** or the *** store. Most of our customers are commercial businesses that are on account. We do not advertise that we make copies for individuals While you wait.
The Receptionist can and will make a copy for a customer as a courtesy to walk-ins and if time permits. It is not her job to retrieve emails and assure they are printable or make them printable. We have graphic designers on staff to deal with the set up and layout of emailed files. Since this customer appeared to be in a hurry and not particularly polite, the receptionist still did the best she could with the file she was given. It would have been much more costly and time consuming to send the file to graphic design..
The receptionist printed copies of the email that the customer sent from his phone while in our building. The customer saw the copies before leaving our establishment. He paid for the copies and then left with the copies.
If he did not want the copies, he should have told the receptionist they were unacceptable and he would not have been charged.
Because the customer paid for and left with the copies, I noted to him that the sale was final and there would be no refund.
