      Kelsey K, owned of styling the stage has left many people with broken promises while scamming them out of their purchases. I’m a dance teacher who had a student order a custom costume through her months ago and has a specific date they agreed would be shipped by, it’s way past due and have not gotten anything. She promised to send sizing leotard to make sure she would measure right when making costumes, they never came and that was promised in Sept 2021. She continues to ignore emails and then when we communicate with questions she ignores the information or turns around things once promised. She promised sketches of the costumes and that we would get them before having to make payment. As time went on she now told us there would be no sizing leotards, and that she does not send sketches or would take photos of the costumes for proof she was making them. We paid her the first half and then waited weeks to hear back from her. She then stated that v**** and ****** are not her methods of payment anymore and sent us a link to pay another way. Although we were hesitant we’re desperate to get these costumes as they are almost a month late than promised and we have events next week needing them. She said we would revive shipping confirmation right after we paid and that she would ship out that day and they were “done”. After that she started blocking us on all formats - we searched her and found a Facebook group full of dance moms being scammed by her. She is making people pay and then sending fake tracking numbers to them and not sending out costumes, or when she does they are very poorly made a and not custom quality as promised. She took our money and we have yet to see the costumes because she blocked us and we assume not sending them now. We have proof of all we can but her blocking us made some of the evidence go away. We are contacting ***** to see if we can file a complaint to get some of the payment back, but she is doing this to many people and needs stoped

      I ordered 2 costume bases for a total of $425 as outlined in the signed contract they were to ship on 1/3/22. ****** has sent several messages stating she would ship send pictures and nothing . A tracking number was provided but the post office never received the product. I have the contract available for review and every payment was made with no product ever received or sent. I just want a refund for the products I paid for or for her to actually ship the items as outlined in our signed contract. She won't reply to emails or texts regarding an update on the products or a refund.

      I contacted this seller to make a custom costume for my daughters dance. She was very nice and told me she would do the work for me. I paid her a deposit for have of the total of $245 this was in July when i asked her to make the costume and told her please i need the work done and costume in hand by December 1st. She said totally fine. Few months forward i contact her she tells me its on track and fine. December rolls around no costume, i contact her again she said she sent it it must have gotten lost in the mail. She would send me a replacement costume, still nothing. She will not respond to emails. I have asked fir a refund since she did not deliver product. I had to purchase another costume due to the fact that she has continued to lie about the production of my product i was promised. I am out the money to took from me and plus the money i had to spend due to the fact that i never got what i paid for. All i am seeking from this a refund, from the product i did not receive i have asked repeatedly for her to just refund my money she does not respond to me at all. I dont want her making promises that she cant keep to other people and taking their money. She puts blame in all the excuses from mail to covid, however as a paying customer I asked for a refund and I would move on she refuses. That is bad business in my personal opinion. Her refusing a refund and the product it still not in my possession after a month in a half after promised delivery is fraud in my opinion. Any help in recovering my money would be greatly appreciated. I do have all of the text messages conversations screenshot I am not sure if that i need to upload all of those so i am uploading where i sent payment though ***** which i have also filed a complaint with them to try and recover my money.

      I ordered three costumes from styling the stage for my daughters. I only received one of them. She has sent fake tracking numbers on multiple occasions and I have not received any costumes. I was supposed to receive these costumes in October. It’s now too late and I had to order new ones. She will not return any emails or text messages in regards to reimbursing my $473 I paid her. She has not provided these costumes.

      In October of 2020 ****** *******-Owner of Styling the Stage reached out to me on FB based on a request I put for a costume, and she sold me a costume. It went well so when she reached out to me in April of 2021 with openings for custom costume spots I paid for one deposit of $75 on 4/6 and then decided to have her make duet costumes also and paid a deposit of $150 on 4/12 through ****** Between that time and now she has told me she would be sending ***** to confirm size, and a contract. I never received l**** to confirm sizing. I could not find a contract, she originally said she would ship everything by 12/15 and then moved it to 1/10 and then I said my girls have a competition at the end of January and she said they would ship 12/31, when I asked on 12/31 she said they were started and would ship last monday 1/6. I paid the balance of $1,043.25 for a total of $1,268.25 on 9/29. I have emailed her daily and she has disappeared. I am not the only one this has happened to, there are a group of us on facebook that found each other. We really just do not want her to do this again. I have given her every opportunity to be honest with me and say she was not going to be able to make the costumes. My ideal outcome would be for her to send me the three costumes but if not I would like a refund it even just what was left after she bought supplies. She has also been changing her policies on shipping and communication so that it seems her customers are the problem.

      The above mentioned business was contracted to create and make to costume solo costumes. Multiple in person, phone, text and emails have been exchanged. Contract completion was 11/30/2021. Designer said costumes were delayed and would ship 12/27/2021. She created a label only, no costumes have been sent. Designer has lied throughout the process, has not met the terms on the contract and refuses and of the multiple different resolutions offered. to her. Since she has not produced a product I have had to find alternate costumes for my children. One of her excuses for the delays were supply issues. I have a text conversation where she specifically says there is no issue and she has the necessary items for the costumes. I have more documentation and conversations and emails. The designer created a tracking label but according to the USPS no package was ever picked up. I have been in contact with multiple people whom have had the same experience. A few have said that the designer tried to claim the items were lost in the mail when the shipping info clearly says no package has been picked up.

      I ordered a custom made dance costume from ****** ******* on July 6 2021. I made payments totaling $400 via *****. I was to receive a base leotard before the costume was made to ensure it fit properly. On August 30, 2021 I met with ****** to try on the base leotard and the custom bas she had already made. Neither fit properly so ****** remeasured my daughter and told me she would fix them both. My contract has a costume promised by date of 11/1/2021. Weeks went by and ****** kept giving me excuses on why I did not have details like drawings and stone samples. She finally sent a design drawing and I approved with some requested changes which she agreed to. She also told me once I received the costume I would have 24 hours to notify her of any fitting or major flaws. On 10/29/21 I received an email with a shipping notice of label created. On 11/2/2021 I still had no costume and my shipping status was not shipped so I texted ******. She said it had shipped already and was in Cincinnati. She then said my shipping was mixed up and sent a new tracking #, it still said not shipped. On 11/3 she went dropped the costume off. I was still missing the base leo, I never received that. The costume was the wrong pattern, missing stones, seams coming apart and did not fit. I let ****** know within 45 min. She said she would fix the bottoms bc she measured my daughter. She never did, and she never sent the other leo.

      I ordered two dance costumes for $473 and never received them. They were supposed to arrive October. She said she sent them but they never arrived. She said she would send them again but then her husband got covid. I have her a month extension. She then supposedly sent them again. They never arrived. Then in December she claimed she would overnight them. Still nothing. I have every communication documented. This is just the last bit.
