All Pro Roofing (APR) looked at my roof so I could get a cost estimate on a metal roof. While looking at my roof, the saw hail damage. APR asked me to sign their DAMAGE REPORT. I didn’t have my reading glasses so prior to signing, I asked if this was a CONTRACT. APR replied, “No, it allows us to work with your insurance company if your claim is denied, to get it approved.” A neighbor had his roof looked at by APR and asked APR if he was obligated to use them as a contractor if he signed the DAMAGE REPORT. APR replied, “No, you are not obligated to use us.” l told APR 3 times, text twice, and emailed that I need a quote/bid for APR to be considered as a potential roof contractor. I have never received a quote/bid, scope of work, or Specifications Contract from APR. I was told they would need to know what my Insurance Payout was before they could tell me the cost for a metal roof. (WHY??) Now, APR IS threatening suit of Breach of Contract. We have no contract. APR is very deceptive.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.Please see the attached:- BBB - All+Pro Roofing - Chronology of Events - Oct 6, 2021: This outlines our interactions with All+Pro Roofing up to receiving an email with the Breach of Contract Notice. (There is no contract).- Damage Report (Not a Contract): Front and Back Copy. The back side of this form is blank. Please see the attached.- Breach of Contract Notice: This references the back side of the Damage Report (Section 9). Again, the back side of my Damage Report is completely blank. There is no Section 9.- BBB Review: This is a review of All+Pro Roofing from another person.

After reviewing ** ******** complaint I searched our contracts and found there were some miss prints and some of them did not have the legal writing on the back of them. I apologize for this.I will have to let ** ******* out of our agreement.My sincerest apology.I would love to still help ** ******* put a new roof on his home if he would like a bid or needs help he can reach out to us.Customer response
