My wife and I recently went into Subway in ****************. We had cut out coupons out a local paper to purchase sandwiches for our sons basketball team. We were naturally pressed for time and stopped in quick to purchase the sandwiches on our way to the game. We walked in and were told they do not accept the coupons which are in our local paper. So we had to buy them full price, despite having the coupons in hand. I then saw a sheet in the store with a phone number on it stating to call this phone number for any further questions or concerns about coupons. So I have called that number about 10 times now and left messages to this number with no response back. We then went to another Subway location in **************** where they also did not accept the coupons either. Then started asking questions to other people we know who also have tried using Subway coupons out of the local paper. They unanimously told us they have been having the same experience in both all St. **** and *********** ******* locations . I would consider this false advertising to get people in the store . I would also like an explanation for this matter in which no one from the organization wants to address. This is a poor way to get business in my opinion.
